hotel had double booking by Expedia and Hotels.com. Do not know how this came about as I have never knowingly used Expedia. After some time the hotel cancelled the Expedia booking but said we may have to pay for it. They took the money on the Hotels.com booking. Just waiting to see what happens. Still no food available at night as advertised.

Nice hotel comfortable well decorated fresh with lots of amenities around easy access to Highways including AP7 to Alicante airport But above all is the kind smily friendly staff If they have rooms available they don’t let you wait even if it’s before 2pm official check in hour not like many hotel that shrink your hours of stay here you got 22 hours Strongly recommend this hotel

Even though the hotel was about 3km out of the city it was very easy to get into the old city. The hotel is very stylish with a comfortable lounge bar and patio area and nice reception area.. The room was spacious with pleasant decor, air-conditioning and a very comfortable bed . Although I didn't partake breakfast was available at an extra cost.

We stayed here after a late flight, around 10mins ks drive from Alicante Airport arriving after midnight. The staff were friendly and the room clean and comfortable and a good price. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We have stayed in Elche Campanile many times. It's a good position for Alicante Airport with free parking. Service always good and friendly. Only negative this time was the lack of tea and coffee making facility in the room. Probably due to covid. Fully recommend.

We arrived quite late, after a long 3-day journey, tired and hungry, only to be told that the restaurant is closed now at weekends! If I had known that before, I would have stayed in a different hotel. The restaurant nearby that she recommended was dreadful. Very loud music, people smoking everywhere .. and not a mask in sight! My grilled fish and salad took an hour to arrive. I certainly wouldn't stay in that hotel again, if that is the only dining option nearby.

All was well, we checked in and went up to our room, we had been in the room 15 minutes when someone opened the door to the room and started to come in. Another guest had been given our room, really bad news, we were in a state of undress and very embarrassing, not to mention the fact that if we had not been there we had our computers and other valuables in the room. Not a good situation and if I could have spoken fluent Spanish I would have complained seriously.Not happy guests and we could have lost many valuables because of a clerical error, need to be careful!!

Bar and restaurant service very poor. Rude and disrespectful with cold and tasteless food and flat beer. Ball served with a shrug and scowl. No alternative restaurants in the area so captive audience. Shame as room and reservation staff great. B

The wash basin in the room was all broken, the location is in a very dirty area of Elche and difficult to find, the fire doors were all pinned open with card board, lights in corridor were not working so pitch dark, if ever a fire - good luck Breakfast okay for money but evening food awful and slow, understaffed. Staff were nice but stressed

Reasonable price hotel, ok if all you want is a room near to the airport. Restaurant closed other than breakfast and no facilities anywhere nearby to get anything to eat or drink, you need to travel into Elche. Mac Donald’s and a Bikers theme bar are your only choice of restaurants, which are located on the main road. It is on a retail/industrial park. Breakfast was good they had a wide variety but the hot choice, bacon and scrambled egg was freezing cold! All we can say is that the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms very very clean.

Overall, I was very please with the hotel and the hotel staff. The room was clean and always serviced in a timely manner. The only draw back is the distance of the hotel to the train stations and old town. If you arrived at the hotel without a car you will need to use public transportation or walk 30 min to the train or 42m into Old Town. There is a bus stop near by but not being familiar with the area or the rout the bus was not used.It would have been helpful if the hotel had some information about the buses, with tourist map with showing the local bus-stop and what buses gets you into town, the train, and the tourist area.

A nice place for a reasonable price. Clean room, not too big not too small. Good air con. Friendly staff- we could store our bikes for free. Area is a walkable distance from Elche train station. Overall, I and my friend were happy to stay there.
