No elevator so have to lug everything upstairs. We booked a king. They tried to give us two queens. Even after I said we booked a king The location was great and the place was clean and safe

This is the cleanest hotel room I’ve seen. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Everyone was polite. It’s very walkable to many shops and restaurants. I recommend this inn.

Great inn/motel. Close to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and harbor. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was badic and primarily focused around waffles but had other breakfadt items. Great all-in-one coffee, cappuccino machine.

This is a nice inn in Kennebunk, with good-sized, comfortable rooms. Service is friendly and helpful. It has a decent continental breakfast. It is located only a short walk from the restaurants of Kennebunkport's Dock Square. For less crowded restaurants, there are several in the opposite direction on the Kennebunk side, including one that offers full breakfasts.

Very nice hotel right in town of KPT! Restaurants and shopping right down the street. Hotel and room were quaint, very clean, updated and comfortable. Only reason we did not give it 5 stars was we were in the main bldg (that had 3 floors) but no elevator. Ty:)

We spent a week traveling the coast of Maine and stayed in B+Bs along the way. The Kings Port Inn is in a great location - right in the heart of town. Very walkable and convenient. It is a little tired and rooms are nothing special, but the location made it a great experience.

The overall room was average with a king size bed. The bed/pillows were comfortable. Continental breakfast, tv with cable, and wifi included. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but it is within walking distance (like a block) of the downtown area and about a mile walk to Gooch’s and Colony Beach. We would stay here again.

Great hotel, spacious comfortable room. The staff was especially accommodating, as we arrived earlier than the check-in time (not expecting our room ready, just hoping to drop off bags) and they made extra effort to have our room prepared within the next 10 minutes.

Great stay at the Kings Port Inn. Room was great, breakfast was good. Location is great as walking distance to pretty much everything. The only down was no elevator while not a deal breaker it was tough when you're on the third floor and forgot something in your room. Definitely would stay again

Lovely stay right in the heart of town. Walking distance to everything. Room was clean, comfortable bed, clean jacuzzi tub, xl TV in room. Continental breakfast was sparse but plenty of options in town. Roughly 8 min drive to the famous Maine Diner. Highly recommend, cheap and delicious. Overall, great stay.

My daughter and I traveled to Kennebunkport on a spur of the moment birthday adventure. We selected Kings Port Inn for the location, the size of the room (and the jetted tub!), and the great reviews and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the cheerful greeting - including chocolate chip cookies - at the front desk; to the spacious, clean, and bright room with views towards town; to the excellent breakfast with homemade waffles by a super friendly host, we had a great time. Plus, the location is perfect. We walked back and forth to town a few times and could reach the beaches within a 5 min drive. We will definitely return - maybe we can score a room for Christmas weekend!
