The lady working the desk was very friendly! Great customer service. The rooms air conditioner seemed to only have 2 settings - hell & Antarctica but didn’t bother us enough to do anything about it.

The wonderful lady that checked us in and let us get in the room early was awesome. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was substandard. 1. The hotel did not have coffee in the lobby, which seems rather odd. 2. I asked to use a conference room or business center to take a test and I was told that unless I rent the room I am not allowed in it. The manager then proceeds to lock the room in insure that I didn't go in there. 3. The eggs at the breakfast bar had an odd taste that was unpleasant to say the least. This is the first bad experience that I have had at a Hampton Inn & Suites and I will not consider this location for future stays.

The staff was so friendly and the breakfast and coffee was really good. According to my husband, Ms. Wanda makes the best biscuit gravy and their dark roast coffee was really good. The area is great and we had a quiet stay. We will definitely stay here again!!

The stay was absolutely amazing. Everything was nice and clean, the beds slept wonderful, there was more than enough space in one room because it included a sleeper sofa along with two queen beds. Also there’s a lot of businesses near the hotel like restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, a play spot for kids, and gas stations.

Nice hotel in a nice area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Couple restaurants and a Starbucks in walking distance which was nice. I was traveling alone with my toddler and felt very safe here. Would definitely stay again!

It was a bit expensive. However, you get what you pay for and I mean this in such a great way. The location was safe, great food options nearby, etc. The guest services reps at check in and check out were friendly. No loud noise heard throughout the night, nice spacious rooms and bathroom. I didn’t notice any stains, dirt, etc. Hotels.com rates were cheaper than booking directly through the hotels website. Plenty of parking space also.

Was wonderful for our one night. Super friendly staff, clean room, quiet even though they were full, very comfortable bed and absolutely loved the Gilchrist and Soames Zero products. Plus too tired to go get food so had nearby Panera deliver. Stayed here last year as well. We will be back!

Location was good. Staff was friendly. We stayed in room 126 and the carpet was extremely wet throughout the entire room. The wall near the AC unit had a gap and you could see it was previously patched. The rainwater plus the AC condensation was coming into the room soaking the carpet. Maintenance had to come in and try to fix the issue, but it was wet our entire stay. It also smelled musty. Other than that, the hotel was decent. It was convenient to the interstate and mall/restaurants.

Our stay was amazing..we had the best service..the ladies at breakfast were amazing..very friendly..the check in was quick the receptionist was amazing…the hotel was clean..the breakfast was great..just need more meat options that’s not pork but other than that the overall stay was amazing..the jetted tub was a added bonus..We will be staying again

I get here to check in and the front desk worker of 2 yrs say to me your card is declining, I say how?? If I haven't given you the card, its different from the card I used to book.(never assume, always ask if the person is using the same card to pay as they used to book.) She say ok the system is ready for you to pay. I tap to pay and she say oh i accidentally hit cancel, we just got a new system, my apologies. I say let me check my account and I show her the amount is pending and she need to process and dont charge the card again. She called her manager Liz and they were convinced they walked thru the process and I will not be charged a second time. Well I was charged a second time , I called the bank they stated they see the charges and stated the business/ hotel need to release one of the charges. The hotel staff and manager blamed the bank and stated they only see one charge, the other disappeared.They also stated that the solution would be for me to check out the hotel for the charges to clear, but I couldn't actually stay in the hotel after they processed me out!!! And go where? Im from out of town! The staff member stated she was the only employee working front desk and its hard because when things go wrong others have to wait. Yes there was a line of people that had issues and others that needed to be checked in. Oh and I had to be moved due to my first room tv didn't work, but as soon as she moved me she checked someone in that exact room. Last time booking here!

Short staffed. Had to wait for associate to check in. Room is large, bed is comfortable. Shower head worked only to a trickle and A/C made horrible noise when compressor kicked in to cool down room. Breakfast are/sitting area is large and breakfast is typical continental style. One plus is ease of access to restaurants and shopping with red light to help with traffic.
