We stayed for 3 nights in a compact queen bed room which was space enough for two. They supplied initial tea, coffee and milk but we had to buy more from the small shop opposite ( newly opened so was pricey) and we had no room services so got rid of our own rubbish and made our own bed etc - ( but it wasn’t a problem) the check in ladies were more than helpful and friendly and the location to the local restaurant s etc was a perfect stroll along the esplanade. We loved Palm cove but wished it had a few cheaper options for souvenirs.

It was a compact hotel room not serviced during 3 night stay had to buy tea coffee sugar only 2 stores locally so prices were very high paid $6.50 for a botttle of water $5.50 for 10 teabags

The apartment was the size of a small hotel room. Fitted out with homely cheap worn furniture. Part crockery mismatch as leftover, only 1 glass sliding door for light and view to a wall and lift well. Aircon blowing and heating enclosed balcony so not usable. Disappointing and not good value !

The property is located 5 min walk from the beach and esplanade. Nice, clean, and comfortable apartment. We had a great time.

The room we had was exactly like the website photos which is the first promising experience. Wonderful amenities, marvelous showers and comfortable beds. Everything we needed was in the rooms. We were also met with and were assisted by the most wonderful staff. They were extremely helpful and accommodating in every request we had. The accommodation was a couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely restaurants and cafes. A five minute drive to supermarkets too for provisions. The location was perfect for a trip north to all that is to offer on the way to Port Douglas or to Cairns in the south and all the touristy must see locations. Lucky to have found this place.

There was absolutely no problems with this apartment. It is close to the beach, well appointed, clean, the staff was awesome! We could book our tours directly on site... it was great. They also had pool towels for use as well - so very convenient.

Had booked what was described as a Superior room. No king bed as we had been advised. No microwave as had been advertised on the Expedia site. Fridge had no freezer compartment so unable to make any ice. Property Manager advised however no offer of a move nor any discount offered.

Well appointed studio apartment with most amenities. A single cooktop would have been great but we managed as there are numerous barbecues along the beach not far. Lovely pool with spa. Undercover parking and fabulous restaurants close by.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely big living area. The location was excellent with the beach and restaurants near by. We unfortunately experienced a lot of road noise which meant that we couldn't have Windows open over night due to the amount of cars, trucks and motorbikes going past. It also was noisy during the day. We had a mountain facing room and a room next to the tavern would have been better and more quiet.

Very well maintained property, Sharyon is a lovely manager and very helpful and welcoming.I had a 2 bedroom apartment for myself and my 5 YO daughter and it was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The location was great and only a one minute walk to the main street/beach. Would def stay here again.

We had a nice visit to Palm Cove,staying in a 2 bedroom apartment.My only advice is to bring some earplugs as between the frogs,birds and traffic it was a little noisier than I was used to.....otherwise nice place with friendly staff

Close to beach, next door to the Tavern so ask for a room that isn't on that side. We were it wasn't too bad. Pool is small and not heated. That wasn't an issue for us. Pillows were not great. But service excellent. Managers are lovely!!

Location convenient for walking to the esplanade but the aspect from unit non inspiring. Exceptionally clean comfortable apartment that was ideally suited to couples, not the most appropriate place for a family holiday with kids under 16.

Beautiful location. Park car and forget it for your entire stay. Walking distance to everything you need. But accommodation owners need to improve comfort in the room. Terribly, hard bed. Lounge chairs past use by date. Inadequate hot water system.

Great position just a couple of minutes from the beach and with secure car parking. Large room with kitchenette, and very nice bathroom with large shower. A bit disappointed in our balcony which was surrounded by frosted glass for privacy, but no outlook at all. We were right next door to a pub that served good cheap food.

Met by the manager, Sharyon, with a big smile...My wife in a wheel chair, had a room right opposite the lift, most considerate. Not being here before helped us in many ways with advice, help and much more.. With a family wedding in Palm Cove next year it will be Sharyon we will listen to....
