Quick book and stay in Lincoln. I didn't pay attention to the "pet friendly" aspect of the property. That was my mistake. I have allergies to pet dander and it did cause me to wake up stuffed up. But overall was a good stay. Nice room, great price. Decent breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past when visiting our relatives in Lincoln, and we love it because the rooms are very nice, beds are super comfortable, and we are able to get a sofa in our room so we have a comfortable place to sit. The hot breakfast buffet is great, with many items to choose from.. my favorite being biscuits & gravy. Also a nice large bathroom with a backlit mirror and large sink area to set all of our toiletries. We will definitely stay here again when visiting in Lincoln!

This Holiday Inn Express was very disappointing. We didn’t have enough towels for 2 people for 2 nights. We only had one set. We took the time to stop at the desk and ask for towels to be brought up but it never happened. Only one trash can in the whole room, none in the bathroom. Shower leaked and the bathroom light flickered. When we went down for breakfast everything was empty. When I checked in I was questioned as to why I was in town. This is very poor for a Holiday Inn Express. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

We spent two nights listening to people above us jumping and yelling. Complained 3 times, asked to be moved but nothing happened. No sleep! Left at 2:30 in the morning to come home, since we weren’t able to sleep. Definitely will never stay there again, especially after a 9 hour drive.

We were in town to visit our son and his wife for the weekend, and we like Holiday Inn Express, so we chose this location. The hotel was very nice, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. We had a couch so we could sit and relax and watch TV when we weren’t visiting, so that was a great addition. The hot breakfast was very good, and it was nice that we could get a cup of coffee whenever we wanted one.

We had two rooms each for three nights. Room 204 was just fine, however my complaints were with room 205. Walking into the room there was a terrible odor, so bad that my daughter refused to come into the room. The next day when we got back from our activities the odor was still there (to the point no one else would come in to even shower). Along with no TV remote and finding exposed electrical wires coming out of the air conditioning unit. Went to the front desk to get a remote and let them know about the odor and wires. Remote I received did not work. Third day returned remote to front desk and complained again about wires and odor. Day of check out received many “we are sorry about that’s” but nothing was ever done to fix problems. Lots of places to stay in Lincoln I would definitely recommend finding a different hotel. Fairfield right across the parking lot would be a GREAT starting point.

I think your rooms for the disabled should have toilets that can be comfortably used for those of us taller than 5 feet. My arthritic knees can't handle sitting on toilets better suited for little kids. 🤔

Easy check in. Room conveniently close to elevator. Friendly staff. I let the hotel clerk know our toilet in our room was clogging and he apologized. I also spilled some red wine on the sheets that I apologized for and he said it was fine and not to worry.

I booked a room at this motel for the night of Friday June 28, 2024 for my mother’s funeral scheduled for Saturday June 29, 2024. I have health problems (heart, oxygen, walker, back problems) and a week before my reservation, I tried to cancel as my oxygen levels were low and I couldn’t travel. They said sorry, you booked through Expedia so you need to contact them for a cancellation and refund of my money. They were very rude and uncooperative. Never reserve at this hotel or go through Expedia. What jerks. They received my money and yet I didn’t use the room.
