I was in town for a family emergency and this hotel was perfectly located for my needs. Having the grocery store steps away, shopping mall across the street as well as other close by dining options was key. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The #1 things for me was the staff who went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating to us during this difficult trip. Triana will forever be in our hearts for her over the top kindness and help. The property itself is very basic. No real restaurant, the bar was only partly open and even the vending machines have been removed since our last visit. But in the limited hours we found the bar open, the bartender was superb and the happy hour deals were awesome. Thank you.

Hotel needs updates. Room was ok. Coffee table was broken upon arrival, maintenance was quick to fix it. It was warm and humid in hallways. Pool was great. Check in staff was nice and friendly. Staff Saturday night was not friendly at all. Breakfast was good each day except Sunday - food empty, out of forks no staff came to check on any of the items the 30 minutes we sat there.

Nobody at reception desk on arrival. Only one elevator working. Average wait tim 3-4 minutes. Dark dingy rooms with worn furniture. Dirty hallways. Location overlooks service area of car dealership. Room key did not open outside entrance doors. When notified staff person did not offer an explanation or even apology. No breakfast service due to “ facility issues”. Entire property needs a major renovation. Need I say more? A Motel 6 would have been better.

We had understood there was a hot tub but there is not. They do not brew decaf coffee, only use coffee pods (which I think taste terrible). The bathroom door was spring loaded to shut which we needed to prop open when we were getting ready in the morning (too steamy). It was a beautiful night but the window could not be opened. All hotels seem to be going to very dim light bulbs - even with all lamps on (4) it was still dark in the room. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean and updated and the staff was very nice and it is located in a very safe part of town.

Rooms were spacious and nice, clean; front desk staff very friendly and helpful; excellent fitness center; great location. Note: we weren't told at check in that you must request daily room refreshing. That would have been good to know. Also, the washing machine that we very much needed was out of order. Other than that, a great place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were equally comfortable and the sheets and comforters were clean and made you feel relaxed. The AC was a fairly loud and there seemed to be random noises coming from the bathroom area in the room next to ours or the upstairs area. Other than that, the experience was good

Check-in was pleasant. Room was clean and as expected but bathroom was musty...the smell was pinpointed to the shower curtain. No outside seating as pictured and onsite bar/restaurant closed at 9 on a Saturday. Breakfast had lots of options but upon walking in first thing I saw was a large empty mop bucket that sat in the middle of the dining area throughtout us eating our meal. Weird and unsightly as it wasnt being used and appeared forgotten. Checkout staff did not ask us how our stay was, just wanted to get back to her phone or whatever was behind the desk. Great location with anything you need close by and a good selection of dining and bars.

Refrigerator in room good. Breakfast (included) was good. Bathroom door was very heavy and would not stay open (eg for use during the night). When propped open it blocked the room entry door. Coffee provided in room first day but neither of the subsequent days.

This was a welcome relief after a day of driving. We found the motel to be quiet and a very reasonable respite. Not fancy but spacious. Would stay again if ever in the area.

I didn't like that we had to get a key card replaced every day when one quit working, I asked to have the room cleaned each day and it was only cleaned once out of 4 nights, and I voiced my concern & there was no apology but only stated "oh that stinks". I do not plan to stay there again.

This hotel needs some updates in the room. Are toilet would not flush unless you jiggle the handle. The carpet had chunks out of it in some areas. The water was not very hot even with it turned up all the way. The bed was nice and comfortable.

When we arrived at the room it was dark with a heavy perfumed smell which was probably to cover smoking odor? For three adults staying four days we were provided a total of two coffee pods (one regular and one decaf) and three towels. When I inquired I was told Oh, this is a holiday inn, you have to go to a holiday inn express to have your room done. This was ironic since I selected a holiday inn thinking it would be a cut above the motel 6’s. In all interactions the staff and management were pleasant and helpful. Even when we decided to check out a day early.

We checked in under my daughter reserv. not being told this could not happen as she had paid for her stay and we had not yet. We had not realized Lincoln area has basically gone to cc only for hotels. I was there in Lincoln for a Heart procedure and we came back to the room as I needed to stay for one more night just in case there were issues and rest before the long drive home to find out they had packed all of our belongings in trash bags and locked us out of the hotel. The manager or whomever as she never identified herself came at me telling me I had signed in under someone else and etc. I said yes I signed my signature and gave my vehicle information and gave my credit card information as I told the clerk we would need another night added to the reservation. The individual told me it was wrong and I said well the clerk never said a word when I checked in, and she said there was some information that wasn’t relayed right but we could not stay. I am fuming at this point, I went to my husband who pulled the vehicle around and they pulled the cart out to wherever they had it and gave it to me and I just said to the lady just so you know “I just got done having a heart cath done” her mouth dropped and she said well I hope you get along okay… Um, no I ended up in Kearney the next day, so tell me how this is right? I expect an apology. Not my fault staff isn’t aware of policies. I used to work for Holiday Inn many moons ago and don’t think their ethics has changed.
