This property is definitely worth checking out. Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk was friendly but not accommodating to any request we made. Many other properties give a little wiggle room for late check out, room changes, etc. There should be free coffee in the lobby at breakfast time and/or a punch in the lobby at check in.

We just had one night here, but wished we had more. Great room and property. Kids would’ve stayed in the lagoon the whole time, if they could’ve. Will stay here again, if we’re ever back in Kona.

We were over the top pleased with this Hilton hotel...everyone was wonderful and the grounds were beautiful. My one comment would be that there are no signs saying it's the Hilton - GPS brought us right to the door - but had to ask if we were in the right place.

Overall we had a good stay ..was disappointed we lost a night of good sleep due to one bed smelling ( will leave it there) we did end up being moved which was a hassle in itself but once we settled in it was a nice stay.

This property is amazing. Lots of room in the condo. Clean, modern and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful and the clubhouse dining is delicious and affordable. Simple drive to everything you’d want to do. FREE parking too! Best property we’ve stayed at on the Big Island. Skip the hotel rooms in Waikaloa and go with this one instead. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything about kings land was great. The only negative really was the breakfast buffet was not good at all and not worth $25/pp in my opinion. Other than that, great service and awesome amenities. We would stay again and just avoid the buffet.

Amazing hotel. Best room that we got while travelling to the Hawaii State. Very friendly staff. The hotel infrastructure was fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel for those visiting the Big Island.

This property is great for families or if you need more than one bedroom. These are like condos and have kitchens. Nice rooms, equipped with most of the things needed including washer / dryer in the unit. The property grounds were very nice, multiple pools and barbecues. You can also use all of the facilities at the main Hilton property, which is staggering in size. Overall very nice resort.

My children were entertained all day with the pool. We LOVED the room and easy access to the bbq grills. One thing we would recommend is to have servers at the pool area for convenience.

Overall it was good, I especially liked the part that other Hilton facilities nearby were accessible, without any charge. The only downside was the wifi being extremely slow during night and morning.

Wi-Fi did not work. Uber and Lyft are useless. Shuttle left us stranded. Missed giving us towels 3 times. Nice staff just clueless. Screwed up our reservation

The hotel staff had no idea how to respond to my complaints. I told them my bathroom sink was clogged and toilet water wasn't working and washer was not working either, i showed all the pictures and she was like i hope your next stay would be better with us.

This is a huge mega resort so it can be a hike to things like the big family pool (but golf carts will pick you up promptly)… but it is such a nice feature to have apartment style condos for families. The area has a ton of dining and restaurant options, close to Hāpuna Beach which was incredible. Very clean, very communicative, very helpful. Room cleaning did great. Great stay in what I would say is the best resort part of the island.

We absolutely loved our stay at King’s Land! We had access to three different pool areas , one outside of our condo (had a waterslide) , pools with multiple slides , baby beach area and adult pool area at the main check in building and you also have full access to the pools at the Hilton Waikaloa!! We traveled with our two kids ages 13 and 11 and they had a total blast swimming in all of the pools and so did my husband and I ! Our room was a 2 bedroom suite with the golf course view and wow did our room have an abundance of space! We already are planning our trip back and can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the Big Island other than King’s Land!

We had a great time. Anything to do with front desk things it took awhile as they seemed short staffed. Property was clean and the room was clean. Just nothing was done to help make you feel special. No candy laid out.. No something special for the kids. Would have been nice to show some kind of aloha.

Amazing stay at Kingsland. Property is gorgeous and staff superb. Pool areas and activities were top notch. I love that we had basically a 1 bedroom condo with a remarkable patio. Convenient to 19. 1 mile from beach with a shuttle to the beach coming ever 30 minutes.

Room was beautiful and spacious. Bed was very comfy. We stayed at the pool from 10am till 8pm. Friendly staff. Restaurant has fairly priced menu and breakfast buffet!!!! Grounds are clean and security patrols the parking lot and the grounds. Room was ready before check in time too.
