Very friendly and welcoming hotel. Excellent location. Lots of stairs if have issues with mobility but lovely building. Had everything I needed for a two night stay with small fridge, kettle and everything nearby if needed. Safe area, didn’t feel at all concerned being a solo female. Staff are very professional and eager to help

What a cute place with fantastic staff. Phenomenal location right by Paddington Station. Room was tiny but we spent our days walking. Bathroom smaller than a cruise line bathroom. I can’t say enough about the location.

It's the second time I've stayed here. As always, staff was super--pleasant and helpful.
I will be back.

Reception like at RITZ, exceptional reception staff.

I have stayed here before. It's convenient, and the employees are exceedingly helpful.

The staff was accommodating, kind, attentive and incredibly helpful. Rooms were immaculate, comfy beds, big towels. Central location, easy access to everything. Highly recommended, a real find!

So friendly and perfect location. Clean and comfy. Will stay here again

The staff are very knowledgeable about the area, best train to go to the tourist area in a fastest and easiest way. Good in direction. Staff are also helpful from calling a taxi service for during my departure the Heathrow express doesn’t run until past 11am. Helping me using Uber app for the ride. Great staff and the owner too is helpful on how you can save time and money and direction on tourist spot.

Good location but rooms were very small!!!

We just needed a room for one night near Paddingron Station. This was super convenient. There were 5 of us. It's hard to find an affordable room for 5 in this part of London. It was tight but we were comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage while we visited the city.

We needed a place to sleep while we awaited our flight. We chose Tudor because of its location. It was super easy to get to from the airport. The front desk worker was very helpful and gave great recommendations for food and drink. The room was TINY but it suited our needs.

We had an amazing time in London. Tudor court was really well located near good restaurants, Paddington station, and in a nice area. Bus stop was steps away. Our room was not large, was clean and comfortable. Towels and beds were good quality and housekeeping service room daily. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend!

Extremely convenient for Paddington Station, which includes Heathrow Express and Underground lines (District, Circle, Bakerloo, Elizabeth, Hammersmith), the hotel is only a two-minute walk away but on a quiet square with several convenience shops and places to eat nearby. That said, this budget hotel is not for anyone who is overweight or has a disability. The rooms are SMALL and the bathrooms SMALLER (You can't stand in the shower and towel off at the same time.) There is no lift. If you ever served on a submarine like me, then you are prepared for this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location near Paddington Stan and shops, 10 minute walk to Hyde Park and Oxford st, friendly service.
Room was very small, only big enough for one small person! It felt like the room was right above the ‘Underground subway’ as you could feel it and hear it every time a train passed thru.

Wanted to like it and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the room, while well decorated and maintained had several problems.
I don't know if this is a problem with just ground floor rooms or a general problem, but there was a LOT of noise from underground trains, this even involved the room shaking from heavy vibrations. Luckily, the trains stop running soon after midnight during the week, but if you wanted an early night, it would be impossible.
The bathroom was tiny, so small that I had to turn sideways to access the shower. Once in the shower, there was then no real room to move about. Also, the drain was very smelly, which was exacerbated by the tiny size of the room.

Concierge was so nice and helpful, he made our trip perfect.

Good position close to three Paddington lines, minimal room, toilet very small but it’s ok if the plan it’s just go around the city and not stay at the hotel. All staff very kind and helpful.

The rooms were super cramped, but the location is very convenient, a block from Paddington station and only a few blocks from Hyde Park. Many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Staff was friendly and responsive.
2.5
A tidy room with a view of the square. The step up and down to the elevated bathroom could be a concern for some. The staff moved our suitcases up and down the stairwells. This was appreciated for our safety.
Being only a short block from Paddington Station was ideal for our trip.

The location was great and the staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly. The room was the smallest I’ve ever been in but it was clean and good enough.

The rooms and bathroom was very small but it was very clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful!!

I was given the smallest room I have ever stayed in at the top of the building reached by four flights of narrow winding stairs (no lift.)
The petite receptionist insisted on carrying my 20kg suitcase mostly unaided to the top floor despite my protests. Impressive.
The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night’s sleep after a long day travelling.
2.5
Very close to Paddington Station, which can get you anywhere. Single rooms are small, en suite bathroom is smaller, so if you're on the plus side, might want to reconsider. Also, no lifts/elevators. Overall happy with the stay, very polite and courteous staff, clean room and close to everything

We were impressed by the staff, and how quiet it was at night especially considering its location to Paddington. You can hear the trains early evening and early morning- but during the night it was very quiet.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Great location especially as we were using the Heathrow express to get to the airport.

First off I don't believe you will find better staff in a hotel. The 3 front desk individuals we encountered over our three days, Mehdi, Oulay and Budda (sp)
were so accommodating.
The one great negative is, if you are on upper floors, there is no lift and the stairs, are steep.
The room was small. The bathroom was quite small but worked. Good water pressure and hot water.
No air conditioning, summer months may be warm on the upper floors.
Paddington station is a 2 minute walk. I highly recommended you ask staff about your travel needs, as I messed up on my own a couple times. They were very helpful. There are pubs and restaurants near by as well as convenience stores.
Never felt unsafe the whole time, quite the opposite.
We would certainly stay there again, only this time, on the lower floor.

Mehdi was so nice, friendly and very accomodating and helpful. Tudor is perfect for Tourist bec it is close to everything. Very accessible to Stores, Restaurants and Bus.

The staff was wonderf. The hotel is very old and was in desperate need of an update. You couldn’t turn around in the shower and the wall had plywood as walls. Trains were heard and felt 24 hr a day since it was feet from the Paddington station. It works since it was simply a place to sleep

Great location in central London. The staff was excellent we dropped luggage before check in time and they made sure it was locked up till we could in check in. The room was tidy and clean. Our room was small and the bathroom very small. We knew this and was happy because we were only using it to sleep at nite. We were in London and had see all we could so the room was perfect for our needs.

Close to a lot and the staff was excellent

Amazing hotel, nice clean updated rooms, stones throw from Paddington, more than enough dining/retail options on the same block.

Staff are very helpful they carried our luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Perfect location within a couple of minutes from Paddington Station and a pleasant 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park. We didn’t not need to take the tube all weekend as we were able to walk to Buckingham Palace and other London tourist attractions. For the price, this hotel is perfect, clean and most of all, the staff are so very friendly and helpful. We were greeted by Mehdi with such a friendly manner, she could not do enough for us. Buddha did the night shift and was equally friendly and chatty and then in the morning Oulaya took over and saw to it that our baggage was safely stored while we were able to spend the day in London before our late afternoon train home. The staff totally made this hotel what it is, a small, friendly and intimate hotel. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Once again, wonderful stay. Clean and tidy room, comfortable bed, incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

The warm hospitality from the friendly staff made customers feel like home. We would like to recommend to have a small table and a chair in the room.

Family run business with a wonderful staff. Very close to the train station which made getting around London and surrounding areas very easy. Close to local pubs and eateries. Room was basic and typical for London accommodations.
2.0
The room was ridiculously small. Also, fourth floor with no elevator is not suitable for a hotel.

My room single really tiny room

Perfect didtance to walk ti bus train or undeground allowing access to the whole city. The staff were all fabulous and helpful.

Where do I start? The room was barely large enough to stand in. No furniture (just a bed). No dresser, no room to unpack. No room in the bathroom for anything. Bed was comfortable and there was a safe. But there was also a mouse trap under the bed. Absolutely not what was advertised.
