The resort was a beautiful place to stay, the only issue was the communication with the front desk on small things like check in and towels. They were very rude and was not providing no customer service for the guests being there. They kept referring me to call the number to speak with someone about checking in and asking for things like towels and soap. The number I called they were closed and still didn't receive any additional help. As a guest I did not feel welcome at the resort and this is a matter that should be addressed across the board with the hotel front desk.

this is the second place I stayed there lot.. of nice things here but management at at front desk is terribly doesn´t want to respond to wrong things... for ex the wifi of this hotel is so bad and last year they promised to fix it... next year it was just as before nothing had changed, when I asked for management they always where on meeting even at 6pm.... also they advertise 3 swimming pool but only one of open... and the reason... they don´t have staff??? also the bar closed way before the swimming pool because they don´t have staff .. because staff have points and can leave in a middle of the day.... also lifeguards are just kids... in socks and shoes watching the pool but mostly on their phone

TV did not turn on. Toilet had issues flushing. Mismatched couch cushions, dirty carpet. For the price…this place has gone downhill. Would never recommend this to anyone. Probably a step above the Jockey Club.

We arrived at 7pm to a dirty room where the staff was still cleaning...it was a 4pm check in...there's no excuse that we had to wait 45 minutes more. The second day, somebody pooped in the pool right when I was going to go swim, so I didn't even get to enjoy the pool AT ALL.

The condition of the condo was terrible ; carpet and furniture (sofa, chairs, etc) were badly stained & dirty and the smell of the pillows were so awful.

We stayed three nights for a family trip. It was great to have the kitchenette though there is NO OVEN which I had expected based on the description so be aware of that. Views not the best (a dumpster area and the highway) but otherwise it had everything we needed.

Great spacious room, easy walk to MGM. Mattress was super old, we slept in pockets because it was so worn out. Check in was rough- gave us the wrong key then a key to an occupied room. Awkward.

We stayed for 2 nights to see a concert at MGM. We loved the locality without actually being in the Hotel/casino. The hallway ‘escalators’ made it fast and convenient to get to the concert venue, shops and restaurants there.
Our room was very nice and clean and had a great view of the surrounding casino lights at night. We even opened all the curtains in the bedroom at night to enjoy it. The outside balcony floor could have used cleaning or a coat of paint.
The pool and jacuzzi area has strange hours for the middle of the summer, closing at 6 I believe. The sun hasn’t even set yet!
We had very minimal contact with staff since our stay went without issues. Any contact we had was very professional and courteous.
Getting ready to check out on the final morning, we found we had luke warm showers at best and it took a few minutes to get the water to that temp. That and the pool hours were really our only downsides.

Very disappointed in this weekend at the Jet. Soon as we walked into the room we noticed the bolt on the door was hanging off. We called down to the front desk, and were told to contact Expedia the property couldnt do much beforehand. We started noticing more...literal shoe prints on our bed. The tv in front room didnt work. We contacted & were told we would receive a call from front desk...we didnt. Later the jet tub knob popped off into my hand, luckily we got it to attach back. We contacted front desk about this also...we didn't understand what Expedia was supposed to do being that we were on the property and in our room. They again told us before doing anything contact Expedia. We again did. We were told by an Expedia rep, they had spoken with the hotel and our issues would be resolved. They were not. We reached out again and were told the property was not answering calls. We made the best of it...fast forward to the next day, we finally get a call in mid afternoon from an employee by the name VERA. She immediately starts to blame Expedia, and telling us they had terrible communication skills. That the person she spoke with couldn't even explain our issues, and that her boss wasnt here till Monday. We were then told by VERA, she would call us back and send someone up at least with new sheets. It is now 5pm and someone brings sheets...nothing else was fixed not even tv. The next day Expedia tells us VERA told them we never spoke to her ...we couldn't believe it, never aga.

Experience is like a 1990’s Fort Lauderdale hotel. Worn, outdated. Needs paint from scuff marks, tv and phones did not work, leaking sink and toilets… tired old and badly maintained.

We had the 1 bedroom suite and it was really nice. Master with a bathroom shower and a separate huge tub. Double sinks. 1 guest bathroom with shower. Full kitchen stocked with plates and utensils. Acess to all the pools lazy river. Balcony. We had a blast. We will definitely come again.

The actually property, room, people at the front desk were lovely. The issues is the property management & customer service. On 7/26/24 there was an issue with getting to Vegas from Southern California. A big rig turned over carrying batteries which are haz mat had exploded which caused severe back up on the 15fwy and 40fwy. A 3.5 hrs drive turned into 13 hours. I paid for 4 rooms with family flying for my daughter’s 21st birthday and was told previously, prior to this disaster of a drive I would.Have place peoples names down in order for check if I’m not present. Mind you there is no service with the internet during these 13 hrs of a drive so it was unknown on why the freeway was like this nor did I think my family that was flying was going to get there before I would.I called jet luxury (btwn me and my daughter) 126x in 3 hrs, left 6 voicemails and 4 emails and NO ONE answered the phone during business hours or return my emails as of yet, 5 days later. It was a nightmare for me and my family checking in because they could not. Thank God when someone from family went to

There wasn’t any communication that parking was limited and if they ran out of spots you had to park at the MGM Grand self parking garage which is at least a 15 minute walk.
Came back from shopping at the mall and ended up having to park at the garage. It was very frustrating.

Great property with tons of space. The fact that the room has a refrigerator and a cooktop is a plus for Vegas. You will definitely have a quiet stay and enjoy the jacuzzi in the huge bathroom.

I have stayed in Vegas many times but never as luxurious as this. This room was so amazing I loved this room and did not want to leave. The only thing I wish I would have maybe asked the hostess is where do I put the trash and for a broom so I could clean the room that was my only issue and wasn’t sure about since there is not room service but other than that the room was amazing and the view was great .. will be booking in the future

Honestly, the check in process, parking, room condition were all great. I had read some previous reviews and was worried about a few things, but everything was great. I didn't love that I needed to valet, but they were always able to get my vehicle quickly, and I liked that the property was gated. Because you are on the MGM property, we had access to a ton of pools, and the lazy river was so fun. I would definitely stay at this property again.

My room in Tower 3 was dirty sinks and old furniture. The carpet is in very bad condition, all in stains.
