Découverte de Bruges

Excellent emplacement, lit confortable, salle de bain très agréable.

Bene ma non benissimo

Struttura pulita e molto comoda, si trova tra la stazione ed il centro, le camere sono spaziose ma abbastanza datate, nella media degli hotel valutati per Bruges. Se state valutando di visitare la città venendo da Bruxelles o Anversa consiglio di non pernottare a Bruges perché i prezzi a Bruges sono più elevati ed il rapporto/qualità non conviene.

Nel complesso esperienza piacevole, soggiorno tranquillo e senza particolari criticità, avrei gradito maggior professionalità da parte dello staff (all'arrivo la camera non era pronta, entrando nella stanza vi erano le donne delle pulizie che tentavano di mettere a posto una tenda e accendere un ventilatore dato che non vi è condizionatore ma tanto non fa caldo... poco dopo, il receptionist non ci ha saputo fornire le indicazioni turistiche che gli abbiamo richiesto perché aveva appena terminato il suo turno, lasciando la reception scoperta, senza nessuno all'accoglienza).

Céntrico, bonito, habitación básica pero cómoda

Solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente creo no tenían registrada nuestra reserva y tardaron en hacernos el check in pero amablemente lo resolvieron

İyi konum

Tren istasyonuna ve turistik merkezlere yakın. Merkezi bir konumda, diğer ihtiyaçlar için market, yürüyüş için orman gibi imkanlara eşit mesafede. Sade ve ihtiyaca yönelik odalar.

Biraz bakımsız, odadaki dolabın tamire ihtiyacı vardı. Lobi düzensizdi.

Ordentliches Hotel in zentraler Lage

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Es wäre sehr sinnvoll seitens des Hotels gewesen die Zufahrt zur nahen Tiefgarage zu beschreiben, da eine direkte Anfahrt des Hotels nicht möglich war. Mittelmässiges Frühstück in einem eigentlich sehr schönen Frühstücksraum. Leider merkte man das a⁹uf Details keine Rücksicht genommen wurde. Beispiel: Reinigungmittelbauf einem alten sehr schönen Empfangspult. Mitarbeiter oder Inhaber die grusslos ihr Frühstück im gleichen Raum eingenommen haben.

Excelente ubicación a 10 minutos caminando desde la estación, y muy cercano de todos los puntos céntricos. La cama extremadamente cómoda, las vistas muy hermosas desde la habitación

Nice location but very thin walls

The quality of the bed, the noise from the other rooms. You can literally listen everything people are doing inside the rooms.

Prima voldaan aan onze verwachtingen.

Locatie is uitstekend voor een bezoek aan het centrum van Brugge met de wagen. Parking 't Zand is prima. Aan de uithoek van 't Zand hadden we geen last van lawaai... Het concertgebouw is zeer dichtbij. Ontbijt was zeer verzorgd en zeer correct voor zijn prijsklasse.

... ONDER VOORBEHOUD!!! ... Geluidsisolatie? We hadden geen last van lawaai maar het hotel was niet volgeboekt.

立地も良く、お得に宿泊

駅からも観光にも便利な位置にあり、お得なお値段で宿泊できた。希望していたバスタブ付きの部屋にしてもらえて良かった。エアコンはついていなかったが、扇風機がついていたのと、風通しが良い部屋だったので暑さには問題がなかった。

部屋は4階にある屋根裏のような作りのお部屋で可愛く、希望していたバスタブもあったものの、エレベーターが3階までしか行かず、1階分をスーツケースを持って上る必要があったことが想定外で不便だった。近所にナイトクラブがあるのか、週末だったこともあり、夜も少し騒がしかった。

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta. Ładne widoki z okien. Miś miał suszarkę.

Nie domykające się okno. Niedziałający grzejnik. Misia nie wiedziała jak włączyć prysznic.

Calefacció no funciona y no van donar cap solució

Està molt a prop del centre i a 10 minuts caminant des de l'estació de tren

La habitació no tenia calefacció. Estava espatllada. Ens van donar un escalfador. El quart de bany sense calefacció, teníem que posar el escalfador 10 minuts abans. L'aigua calenta trigava a sortir 15 minuts.. vàrem queixar-nos al noi de recepció de la tarda i el màxim que ens podia oferir era el seu calefactor. No ens va donar cap solució. Vàrem demanar parlar amb el seu jefe i no va ser possible. El tracte no va ser bo. No ens donaven cap solució al tema. Fatal. No repetirem en aquest hotel

Ortalamanın biraz üzerinde bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.

Tren garından ulaşımı oldukça kolaydı. Otel zaten merkezin içerisinde yer almaktadır. Ana bölgeye yaklaşık 3-4 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Temizlik genel anlamda iyiydi. Yatak konforu oldukça iyiydi.

Odamız en uçta olduğundan internet tam olarak çekmiyordu. Odada genel bir ısıtma sistemi bulunmuyor, ısınma elektrikli radyatör üzerinden sağlanıyor. İlk 15-20 dakikadan sonra odayı belli bir sıcaklığa getiriyor ve ilerleyen saatlerde ısı sorunu yaşanmıyor. Ancak banyoda herhangi bir ısıtma sistemi bulunmamaktaydı. Son olarak Odamız biraz ufaktı ve penceresi tam kapanmıyordu.

Welcoming hotel and close to all you need

Excellent location, around 10 minute walk to the centre. Train station only one stop away by bus. Receptionists were very helpful, welcoming and accommodated our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable, and lots of storage space

No air conditioning, so very hot in the 'roof' room. There were two fans at least. Bin in the room hadn't been emptied when we arrived and not so clean behind bedside tables (visible hair, dust).

Brugge lovely and enhanced by hotel experience. We felt welcome.

Location, welcome from reception who provided us with map and pointed out places of interest. Room had a balcony which was a bonus and size of room for Europe was above expectation. The shower was hot and good pressure. Bed and pillows suited us.

Can’t fault what we experienced. We extended our stay once we saw the location of the hotel and our room.

Chill in comfort after history and beer

Great location, near all the major sights and loads of places to eat and drink nearby. Room and bed very comfortable and a good size. Our room had a nice terrace. Very quiet, felt a bit like a cocoon in the best way possible.

A small thing, but more TV channels would have been good. We didn't try the breakfast, as 14 Eur seemed like a lot, but you never go hungry in Belgium.

good location. that’s it really!

I had a very noisy occupant above my room. I don’t know what they were doing. but they were constantly running around in their room. whoever they are I hope they rot ! there is no telephone in the room to contact reception to complain about this. also there is no way of knowing where the fire exit is in the room. there’s no sign on the back of the door.

i loved the hotel as a whole, the staff was really nice and the girl at the reception helped me to get the bus to the station at 4am, the room was really spacious and the beds were very very comfortable, was definitely the best hotel i stayed at during my eurotrip!

i loved everything.

Very good

Very nice and comfy rooms, 5-10 mins walking from main train station and 5-10 more to city center, they have restaurant and there are a couple of pubs nearby, despite the fact that the building seems little old outside, it's a very good hotel for the price.

I have nothing to argue about.
