Great location, cleanliness, and customer service. The hotel needs to be updated. The music is really loud for those looking for a quiet stay. Overall it is a great cost effective hotel.

Hotel Cozumel has always been our go to destination when over from the mainland. It is always clean and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast is included and we love everything about it.

We had to stay here on an emergency for the night it wound up being a pretty decent hotel. It’s a little older, but the air conditioning units worked absolutely perfect got the rooms nice and cold. The car was parked right in front. The elevator was very small.

The hotel is nice and walkable but parking is very limited. They only have parking for 6 cars and if you don’t get parking with them , then you have to park in the street , and hope you find parking out there.

The Plaza hotel is excellently situated for easy walking to most areas we wanted to go. The rooftop pool was very nice. Very clean and relaxing.

This is by far the best hotel in Cozumel. I’ve stayed here on 6 different occasions and it gets better each visit. Only place I’ll stay in Cozumel. Thank you for an awesome trip.

What a lovely hotel, close to everywhere we needed to get. The staff were great, room was just what we needed, breakfast (included - to order) was delicious. Rooftop pool and patio was a nice bonus.

WARNING the noise from the surrounding bars and clubs is unbearable til 3 AM most nights. The pool area is also very nice but many guests bring their own music and are playing it very loud while drinking. Selfish, heedless and the end result is like being in a bar with drunk patrons. It Too bad because the hotel itself is good and the breakfasts are lovely!

I liked that is was a 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal. The roof top pool was nice. The only thing I didn't like was the very loud live music that was being played across the street from around 9 to 11.30am. This is be expected when staying downtown though. If you're an early to bed early to rise type of person you'll want to book something away from the bars and clubs. I would stay here again though.
