Hallways are always noisy but the one on the first floor close to entrance was particularly noisy and families staying there were very inconsiderate. There was also a dog barking in the hallway late at night. The heater in room was noisy as well. Breakfast was ok. Rooms exceptionally clean and lovely. Just the noise was not good

Bathroom vent was not working and stacked dust layers on vent floating in the air when using hair dryer. Also very outdated hair dryer produce hair burning smell. Amenity especially conditioning shampoo Good. Wished provided separate conditioner and Body wash.

A wonderful stay.....excellent breakfast, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub.....very clean and very helpful staff. We have returned to this hotel several times. Close to Levis and ferry to old Quebec

Breakfast was very low profile and not good at all. Bamboo utensil, disposable plate and coffee cup. Misleading advertising for the food. No restaurants and bar even the are there they don't do the service at the hotel. But restaurant very near across the street. So... The personnel was kind and the area of the pool was very good.

Clean room, clean pool, clean hot tub. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. They had everything you could possibly want for a breakfast: sausages, bacon, eggs, beans, potatoes, yogurts, fruits, mussels, oats, fruits, croissants, bread, coffee, tea, milk and juice.

The hotel gave me the worst possible room. No way to regulate temperature and a constant ventilation noise . I have to claim for a room change and it didn't happen until I got really mad with the staff. Not a good way to treat the customers

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Our room was dirty. There was mould on the base boards in the bathroom. There was a big stain on the blanket on the bed and when we pulled back the sheets on the bed there were hairs that didn’t belong to us in the sheets. All in all we were disgusted.

The room was fine (perhaps a little dated) but the pool/hot tub was excellent! My son absolutely loved it! We also benefitted from a balcony view on the pool deck, and with some imagination you could believe you were in a tropical location.

The staff were really friendly and the facilities really clean. We barely slept because the air conditioner sounds like it’s about to start on fire every time it turns on so we were woken about 6 different times during the night from the noise of it. It was too hot to sleep without it otherwise we would have just turned it off.

Stayed here for one night on our way traveling back home, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool/hot tub area which was lovely. Room was clean as was the other areas in the hotel that we had been through. I found the room we had to be modern and not out dated like a lot of reviews that I had read about the hotel when I was booking it. The breakfast was great. I basically booked there because I thought the rooms with the balconies were pretty cool with all the plants around inside of that area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if in the area.

Weed smell in the hallways, bathroom needs deep clean, bad odor in the room. For the price paid never expected to have breakfast with paper plates, cups or utensils. Won’t recommend this hotel
