Hotel was beautiful and intimate. Amazing service. We were able to watch the volcano every morning while having breakfast. Priceless experience.

Excellent Service, great property

Very nice room. Unique stepping stones over water to get to the room. No A/C and the ceiling fan was noisy when turned up.

The hotel was very nice and pleasant. Staff went out their way to make your stay memorable.
My room had everything you need, clean and a/c equipped.
It’s worth staying at this hotel.

This property is nice enough. Though the room was very small, we’re always out anyways. And thankfully they provided a fan, it gets a little warm the room doesn’t have AC. The property is very cute, staff are very helpful. Breakfast was good. I like that you could use the sister Hotel’s pool & gym although we didn’t have time to do it. The place is very quiet and very relaxing. I highly recommend this. Good value for money!

They did not have my reservation at all. There was confusion at check in. Big inconvenience

I was in town for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was very friendly (though did not speak any English, which is fine, just make sure you have way to translate if you don't speak Spanish). The pool is very cold which is nice refreshing for hot days, but too cold at night. The two neighboring sister hotels were much nicer accommodations so it was nice to be able to quickly walk there to use their pool and for free breakfast. The only real negative about this hotel (besides that it has no AC, but most places don't), was that it is VERY VERY loud in the rooms in the morning and during the day, as the windows to the rooms are right on the street and heavy traffic starts as early as 5:30/6am that woke me up every morning. It is slightly better if you close the windows, but if it's hot, you want them open for air circulation. Also, if you want cold bottled water, they charge $5/bottle. Otherwise, this was a perfectly fine small hotel to stay at, though there are much nicer places to stay near by for the same rate, if not cheaper.

The only thing i did not like was there was no A/C in the room i stood in nor was there a screen to keep out bugs if i opened the window for fresh air at night. But with that being said the people on the property where very helpful, kind and the food was great and prices were good. its a very personal type of place to stay no big crowds and central to many things to do i would highly recommend staying as well as staying here again if i ever go back to Antigua.

Very nice boutique hotel! Great staff and breakfast. Room was very nice, but a little warm during the day. Loved our stay!

The property was beautiful and we could walk to the bars and restaurants that we wanted to go to. The hotel's parking lot was a block away and very easy to get to. The parking lot had security, so you knew your car would be safe. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We had a great stay! Location is great as it’s close to all the attractions but nice and quiet at night.

The second day I notified the front desk I had a shuttle pick up at 1:45 on my last day and requested a late check out and assumed it was ok since the front desk listened and did not respond “no”. On the day of my departure I received a call in my room at 11:10 informing check out was at 11:00. I said I had requested a late check out. Hotel response “no”. I had to scramble my belongings together in minutes to get out of the room. When I asked to leave my bag at the front desk until 1:45 … that entailed an arduous call to the manager to get approval to leave my luggage. I felt very unwelcome and as I often travel to antigua I will never book a room again at this hotel

Absolutely wonderful, I love everything about this hotel, beautiful, comfortable, elegant. I would stay here again!!!

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff, as a solo female traveller i felt very safe. Sound travels a lot, i recommend ear plugs but that was only a minor issue, everything else was fantastic and in a great location, breakfast at the other hotel was first class and the pool we are given acess to is also very nice. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel was absolutely lovely! I felt extremely safe staying here as a solo female traveler. Walking distance to everywhere in Antigua. They even left cute little cookies with worry dolls each day. Highly recommend!

Casa Encantada is a great boutique hotel in Antigua. The staff were very helpful and friendly prior to our stay by arranging a private pick-up from the airport and attentive in all the right ways during our stay. The hotel has great food and drinks, comfortable beds, a small refreshing pool, and is located a short walk away from the centre of town.

I did not like, for the price could not use the breakfast menu at Porta Hotel

The customer service was excellent and the location was perfect. Around the clock workers and security made us feel very comfortable. The included breakfast was great every morning and timely.

Staff was lovely and property gorgeous and well located to walk around. Only difficulty was the sound - room insulation was poor so you could hear noises from other rooms and we were regularly hearing the bell for guests that were waiting outside and wanted to enter the grounds. That said, it was an adorable property and I'd definitely stay again.

Hotel Casa Encantada is simply lovely! My room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I felt safe in this hotel and all of the staff were friendly. I wish I would have known that breakfast was only available at the nearby Hotel Pensativa - but it was delicious so it was only a minor inconvenience

Cozy little boutique hotel located at walking distance for everything you need. The hotel is member of a bigger hotel chain. Breakfast is served in one of those. Pool, gym and sauna is available on the other. Everything nearby. On top of all this amenities you have a well located and convenient parking lot. The decoration is adorable. You will enjoy this tiny gem.

What a great place! Great location. 5-10 min walk to most places. Quiet location. BEAUTIFUL grounds and unique. Quaint hotel. Very friendly staff. It was the amall details that make them stand out.
Very comfy rooms. Great view from roof top and above breakfast!

Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is super friendly & very helpful with all the questions we had. Check in was quick & easy, didn’t have much time to enjoy the amenities, but it included so many great things. My only complaint would be the showers, outdated & had almost no pressure at all

The rooms were very clean, the staff was extremely honest and hospitable, the made-to-order complimentary breakfast was some of the best that I have had from a hotel

great boutique hotel, Ruddy was an excellent host. incredible breakfast. You can use the facilites of larger sister hotels

The staff provided an excellent service. Rooms were very clean.
The only down was that the room did not have an AC unit and the temperature on June 20th was warm.
The staff provided a floor fan unit.
We got intoxicated with sea food and their immediate assistance was amazing. They got us a nurse & doctor that recommended us to the private practice.
Overall, recommended.
