Ruhige Lage im Zentrum Lausannes

Gute, ruhige Lage im Zentrum von Lausanne. Speditive und freundliche Desk-Mitarbeitende. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut. Schöne Dachterrasse.

Für eine Zwischenstopp-Übernachtung ok.

Die Lage ist gut, aber nachts belebt. Für uns war es nur ein Zwischenstopp, daher ok.

Für Menschen, die kein Schweizer Gehalt haben, ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher ungünstig. Sehr einfache Ausstattung und über Geschmack lässt sich streiten. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir es Familien nicht empfehlen. Eher für junge nachtaktive Menschen geeignet.

Passez votre chemin : hôtel trop cher pour les prestations fournies (ou pas fournies d'ailleurs !)

Accueil sympathique à notre arrivée et indications précises pour le parking. Emplacement central.

Chambre petite, pas fonctionnelle et décorée avec un goût atroce ! Salle de bains des années 1950 avec un rideau de douche. Pas de cafetière, pas de bouilloire. Compte tenu du prix payé, on est en droit d'attendre un minimum de confort ! Cerise sur le gâteau : un dialogue de sourds avec la personne à la réception (personne différente de celle qui nous a accueillie) à qui nous signalons nos voisins de chambre hyper bruyants ! Je n'ai pas eu l'impression de séjourner dans un hôtel, mais plutôt dans une sous-location chère et mal gérée !

Nice rooms but too noisy at night

Property was centrally located, easy access to trains and busses. Nearly the supermarket and restaurants so it is very convenient

The street noise at night was unbearable. On day one there was a mad man singing his lungs out and on day two and there there was a mini party chatting away until 1 am or so. As we were on the second floor we just could not shut the noise out

1) The reception staff was very friendly and helped out with information, travel passes and every which way she could 2) The location was close to the metro station which was a plus 3) They provided us with a fan to counter the sweltering heat

not coming back! not worth the price as all you can count on is a bed and shower

only the location

so much noise no one could sleep! outside was a party all night long all 3 nights! even with the windows and shutters closed couldn’t open the window for air and it was then boiling hot the bed and pillows were horribly hard and hot the website says ytea/Coffe and they only allowed it after 12 until 20:30. no options to have a kettle in room provided old hair dryer that barely works requested extra pillows and they had nothing available service extremely minimal and wouldn’t even help with luggage cleaning lady turned my entire suitcase upside down and everything was left in the floor/counter not coming back despite the good location as there are many other hotels in the region at this price equally for a good location

Close to main tourist attractions with its central location.

Free hot drinks offered during the day.

Breakfast not included despite the high price.Heating did not work efficiently enough.No kettle and no free water in the room.You have to walk up for about 15 minutes from the central station which can be hard if you’ve got a heavy luggage.

kind staff

the hotel staff was very nice and kind. I lost my passport at a shop and it was kindly taken to a lost and found at a police station on Sunday when everything is closed in Switzerland and that made everything difficult for a foreigner figuring out to contact with authorities. This wasn’t their main job but the hotel staff who help me out with this made my first Swiss trip a good memory not a disaster. the hotel was very comfortable and felt safe staying here.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff. My room had a balcony with beautiful city view. I arrived very late, the reception was already closed, but I could immediately get in and take my room without any trouble.

Lots of character in this hotel- we loved it! Clean, friendly staff, great lounge area with tea and coffee, lovely continental breakfast. Rooms are simple, no frills, but all we needed for a family of four. Great views of the cathedral, perfect location.

The location was very good. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.

During the night, the noise from a near by bar kept us up for several hours. It was very loud in our room.

Would love to come back and stay at this hotel

Check in was very smooth with helpful staff. The room was perfect with everything we needed and no more. The balcony and views were spectacular. So close to restaurants and shops. Would be my choice on future visits.

I think it could be clearer that check in closes at 7pm.
