For one night stay, the hotel does the job. The bed was comfy, however the room was very old, dusty and whole toilet fully oxidated.
Breakfast served since 7 am, was decent.

Amazing building and lovely facilities. The staff was extremely helpful. We will be definitely back again.

Spa and hotel staff extremly friendly. Clean environment. Lovely choice of Spa treatments available. Reported a heater fault that was not fixed during the stay would be the only negative will definetly visit again

Was amazing especially guy in bar who also served in evening restaurant very helpful. Only thing is didn’t sleep too well as room was overly hot spa brilliant

I arrived at the property and I was surprised that I then had to drive to the block where my room was located. The overall feel of the accommodation was similar to a motel and the decor and carpet was very tired for the price. The shower and bathroom were also quite mouldy and generally in need of some TLC. Such a shame as I chose this hotel based on the look of the pictures on the app, which were not reflective of the actual accommodation.

Booked last minute to break up a journey to Luton airport. It's a gorgeous building and huge!!! Room was nice a double bed a little dated but felt really clean ( apart from the remote- bit I'm funny about those and always use a plastic bag) bathroom was clean.
Had a fantastic breakfast, one of the best hotel we've had for ages!!! Wish we could have used the spa but got there late and had to leave early. Would definitely return.

Overall good value, helpful staff, The breakfast was just ok.
Wifi in the Paddock rooms was really poor

Was given a club room and the bathroom was dirty and unclean, with mold and dirt on bath tub-unable to have shower. Upon complaining transfer to another room with the same issues. In the end was given their best suite and that was clean and functioning.

Lovely couple of days with use of the spa.

Staff were polite and helpful - especially Sebastian, Christian and a receptionist on duty Friday 4th October around 7pm the smaller female of the two who were on reception. The TV was temperamental, the siphoning noise coming from the bathroom sink was annoying. In addition, the trouser press was filthy but once house keeping were informed they were quick to come and clean it. Breakfast buffet was good quality but food not hot enough. It was a really fab weekend and i would definitely stay again. Tip: bring a few bottles of drinking water

Very disappointed.
Bathroom rubbish bin was full of used of dirty sanitary products from previous occupants

They hotel was lovely. If a little dated. Even if they got rid of the pelmets from the windows would help.
Staff and food was excellent even tho they did charge us twice for the dinner they did take it off no questions asked.
Breakfast was lovely tho a little early finish time for us

The room was dirty and run down, make up or blood on the wall, headboard was pleather and was all scratch off and peeling. Windows ledge was covered in dead bugs. Neither the iron or tv worked either! My colleagues bathroom was genuinely disgusting. Mine was ok. Also the noise traveled through the floor and every noise EVERY Noise from above can be heard in your room means our sleep was disrupted.

PERFECT, Lovely quite stay.

Had a great time as expected
. Comfortable bed, clean room and the staff were polite and helpful

This is a big, luxurious complex with spa and golf course. I was staying in an annex which was a short walk from reception. The room was small but very comfortable, and spotless. For £75 a night, including a first class breakfast, it was fantastic value - I stay at hotels that cost twice as much and are half as good. It only gets one less than five stars because there was no TV remote in the room (although I know that a call to reception would have procured one) and there was no welcome information in the room, which could have explained the layout and the services of the hotel.

Okay hotel, beds weren’t the greatest quite uncomfortable. Also states rooms are sound proofed but they aren’t, can hear the people in the room next to myself

We really enjoyed our stay at Whittlebury Hall, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We stayed in the paddock building which was a short walk from main hotel. It wasn’t unsatisfactory however the walls did seem slightly thin, and we were able to hear upstairs quite loudly.

Enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were a bit dated but spacious and comfortable. Great location for Silverstone and beautiful setting.
The spa is pretty standard.
We found the staff generally ok however some look really miserable like they really don’t want to be there and it shows.
Also nobody informed us that there is a limit on late check outs so if you want one make sure you book it the day you arrive as we were told they had run out which has never happened to us in a hotel advertising lake check outs before? Also no use of the Spa following check out.
Apart from that a pleasant stay.

Great hotel room was perfect and the service matched

Perfect for 2 night work stay. Plenty of facilities. Unfortunately I could not play 9 holes in the evg because of the rain so hit the gym and pool instead.

The paddock rooms can be very noisy with people walking in the rooms above.
The rooms are tired and haven’t been dusted in some time.

Poor room, bed was awful with faux leather peeling off all over frame. Room was in an annexe, my wife had to walk an unlit path at 10.30 at night. No one in reception when she arrived. Very poor ecperience
2.0
Wasn’t clear on arrival where reception was as it is not signposted on drive up or car park. Checked in ok but long distance from reception to room only to find no robes or slippers in the room, had to make request to room service to correct.Spa was over subscribed couldn’t get anywhere to put towels or robes as all chairs taken. Couldn’t access sauna or jacuzzi as crowded with second jacuzzi out of order.WiFi wouldn’t work consistently. Noise from staff area downstairs and outside prevented good sleep. Room was too warm so had to open windows and then had noisy pigeons trying to get in. So far with breakfast an unknown the stay is not worth £140.

Good value for money but food, whilst OK, was not up to the hype

Great hotel and staff, but no towels in my room on arrival

Good stay, in annex so some way from main building but probably quieter. Room was large, clean with all required amenities. Up stairs room was quite noisy but otherwise good. Lots of room in main building in bar and common areas. Pool area was large and not too crowded, male changing areas good but female not so good. Both jacuzzis out of order on evening visit but pool, sauna and set room nice and large. Breakfast had a good selection but quite crowded, may be better to allocate timings.

As i was visiting Silverstone for the festival, this was a great place to stay!
A 20 - 25 minute walk by the side of the golf course, through a gate that brings you out at the back of the Escapade apartments to gate 6 at Copse.
The gym and spa kept my wife happy.

Ordered rooms on Expedia charged me top rate when we got the rooms they were 2 single beds and we’d paid for club twins manager was helpful but they were that fully booked couldn’t really do much just a bit of disappointment

Stayed one night reception slightly chaotic it was in fairness very busy, room on second floor, room was clean we had a huge bathroom with full size bath however it had the worlds smalllest shower, my only criticism is there was no A/C in our room there was a fan it was ok but we could imagine in summer the fan would be useless, we used the spa once again clean but the decor was a Roman theme very 1980’s overall the spa was nice. We ate in the restaurant the food was lovely service was great no faults, we also had breakfast once again couldn’t fault it. We would stay there again.

It needs a refit as very old fashioned and a little grubby in places but it was really lovely space wise, food wise, staff and value.
The spa is really enjoyable and relaxing.
Accessibility isn't brilliant parking wise with disabled spaces too far away from reception.
The staff were absolutely lovely!
It was a great location. I would like to see more outside space to use as the bar is old fashioned and stuffy.
The value for money is incredible and one of the best breakfast buffet I've had. Portions are huge.
The duvet and pillows are poor quality but nice cotton, comfortable beds otherwise.
Not a single problem during my stay and will definitely be back.
Multi cultural, friendly and inviting. Just brills really for the cost.

Staff were amazing, but a lot of the hotel needs a refurbish and although the towels were clean they had a musty smell.

This one is a mixed bag. Has the potential to be excellent, but let down by a few things. What was good were the spa and gym. Gym had just been refurbished and had all the latest techno gym equipment. Easily the best gym I have ever used in a hotel. The spa with the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish Hamman were all great as well. Only downside was it needed a plunge pool or cold showers next to the sauna; you had to trap around the other side of the pool and through to the changing rooms to cool off, but this is not a deal breaker. The staff were all lovely, except the young guy who checked us in, but to be fair on him, he was obviously new, and was on his own, so that was really management’s fault on a Saturday afternoon. The rooms were very spacious, with new aircon, which was appreciated. Downside was despite such a big bathroom, it had a tiny shower cubicle, with nowhere to put soap/shampoo. The evening meal was very mediocre at best, and yet over £50 a head (that was with just one glass of wine for my partner and a soft drink for me). Not worth it. They have a more expensive restaurant that is meant to be excellent, but if the meal had was anything to go by, I wouldn’t bother. Breakfast was large, but the food quality felt very cheap. For a hotel that prides itself on gastronomy, I really was not impressed. Also did not appreciate that they are cashless in all things. I feel that this should be mentioned before making a booking. In the morning the place stunk of manure.
