I liked Dario and Alex. They were very helpful with transportation and helping me change rooms. I didn’t like room #10 because the walls were dirty. The shower in both rooms #2 & 10 wouldn’t drain. I wasn’t able to watch t.v. because I didn’t know how to get to the cable station.

I have no complaints at all, I stayed in this place several times and every time we were assigned a room, we felt so good because everything was so neat and clean. I feel like we make no mistake choosing this place. It was excellent. People was friendly.

Overall this property was great value for the cost of the stay. It was conveniently located close to Palacio National de La Deportes Indes where I was competing in fencing. Italian, Mexican and Vegan restaurants and a cinema were in walking distance. Everywhere else we wanted to go was a short ride away by uber for only 1-2 dollars. The most redeeming quality of the hotel was the friendliness of the staff. It was like a family atmosphere. They tailored my breakfast to my taste and the breakfast was awesome. They were generally helpful and accommodating where possible and always smiling and pleasant. The room and common areas were always kept clean. This hotel far exceeded my expectations and initial impression.

San Salvador isnt much to look at. The hotel however is a really nice place and organized a taxi for us really early to the airport. I made the mistake of thinking the airport was near San Salvador. Its not.

The hotel is very good. Staff was helpful (waiting for us, even that we arrived late without previous notice). Brakfast was tasty. Rooms are kept clean. The only small minus was that the window overlooked at the corridor. The place was about 4 km from the main city center, it seamed quite secure in the area (as for San Salwador standard).

I stayed two nights in November 2016. Good location, close to everything! The first night I stayed by myself. I have to say I felt safe at all times. The second night I stayed with my mom and sister-in-law that arrived from another town. They enjoyed the stay at Armonia as well. The beds were comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Shower with hot water, I loved that! Working A/C and TV. Staff was always courteous and helpful. Breakfast varies, but it was delicious! Desayuno típico both days! I would totally stay at Armonia when I go back to my beloved El Salvador. Muchas Gracias Armonia Hostal por su hospitalidad.

This is a quaint little hotel with great staff, great service, great price and a quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend a stay here.The area is quiet and I dont recall any noise waking me up at night. The shower had hot water, the room was spacious, and there is free wifi, free breakfast and free parking. The bed wasnt the most lush bed, but for $30 its definitely nothing to complain about...I slept well. I paid $30/night and couldnt have asked for anything better for the price. The young man at the front desk didnt speak much English but was very very kind, helpful and pleasant. I had a tour guide help me check in and communicate with the front desk agent (SAN SALVADOR CUSTOM TOURS--book him!), which was very helpful as well. The first night was on my way into Honduras and the second night was on my return home a week later. He remembered me the 2nd night and gave me my same room (11), which I appreciated. Both mornings I had to fly out too early to eat the breakfast, but the 2nd night my flight required me to catch a taxi at 4am and the gentleman at the front desk set that up for me the night before (with the help of my English-speaking tour guide) and was there to say goodbye as I left. If youre looking for a hotel with great value for a low price, I highly recommend giving this one a try!
