The hotel was convenient to Universal Parks. It is best to walk to Sapphire Springs and take the boat instead of the bus. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the room spacious. I needed more towels and coffee. The staff bought it to be in 15 minutes.

This is the third time we have stayed at Aventura and we will be looking to stay there again next year We were there during the hurricane and they looked after us very well, they had a DJ on in the lobby to stop us all getting bored 😊

Great location to get to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure with very regular free shuttle. Volcano Bay is behind the hotel so literally an under 3 min walk to get in which is great! Staff all very friendly and helpful with queries on the parks. In our 7 days staying there we only had one visit from cleaning staff to our room. The reception said this was due to shortage of staff. Therefore we had to keep asking reception for toilet roll, clean towels etc. There were a lot of guests doing the same and from reading other reviews this areas to be a long term problem with the hotel.

Decent budget hotel on Universal property. Could be a lot better but other hotels cost twice as much. Quiet without all the children. However rooms need an update and there are not a lot of amenities.

Fun place to stay. Roof top bar and easy access to get to other hotels/resturants/city walk and park. Only issue is sometimes can hear loud guests in hallway late at night and chairs in lounge and roif top bar sit low to ground like kids chairs.

Room was spacious and very quiet. Elevators were fast. Didn't like that I had to use an iPad in the room to control everything, especially the lights in the bathroom area in the middle of the night. Signage to walk to Citywalk was VERY poor outside the hotel. Ended up taking the shuttle because of this. 1st time staying at a Universal hotel and would stay again.

The garage elevator being inside the hotel lobby is the best, the pool is great. The food option in the urban pantry is pretty tasty. Definitely coming back.

Hotel is amazing all around, the staff were very kind and helpful, I want to thank Dani from the front desk young lady was vey kind and helpful getting our party of 7 with three rooms get situated in the same floor. Loved the 3 dining options the polished elevator doors also the infotainment system in the rooms really enjoyed controlling everything from the tablet. Will be returning soon.

We enjoyed our stay and the easy ways to get to the parks. We didn’t give 5 stars for a few reasons. The bathroom slider door was a bear to open and close. The phone in the room had food and grime all over, but the rest of the room was very clean. We were on the 5th floor and could hear the ambient music all night long.

I keep returning to this property for a reason. They’re great. Really modern and extremely clean rooms and beds. Staff is super helpful too. Free Transportation is available to the Universal’s theme parks right out front of hotel like clockwork. Nice pool and rooftop bar & bistro with panoramic views
