It was a beautiful property with 2 great pools. Our balcony had a hot tub on it. We loved it here. It was just perfect.

Staff were friendly but meals were too expensive

It was a beautiful hotel. They allowed us to check in 3hrs early for free when we arrived. Stayed in the room with a tub on the balcony and it was very worth it. The food at the hotel - in the restaurant and room service was amazing. So quiet and peaceful. You get a small private beach that’s a lot less busy than north beach and you don’t have to fight for chairs. 10/10 worth staying.

The 2 ladies in the Front desk were very helpful and made us feel at home. The bartenders at the beach were very outstanding making sure we always had a drink in are hands.
3.0
The property needs more of an update and fresh paint.
The beach is not clean at all and needs the black weeds to be cleaned.
No AC in elevators is not a good sign at all.
Shower heads needs an upgrade, along with toilet pressure.
Quality of food can be better especially with the pricing that is being charged.
Good location not far from downtown.

I liked that the hotel was not too big or too small, and it was very clean. It’s nice that the hotel is not too big because you can easily and quickly walk to the restaurant or to the pool. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cool, and all the rooms had a view of the ocean.
I would stay here again. Just know that nothing is really within walking distance, so you need to take a taxi or drive a golf cart to get around.

Wonderful place to stay . Staff is top notch . Pool and beach front are amazing. It is away from central so quiet and relaxing . This is a small island so you can go anywhere in 10 minutes.

Newer building but our room had a strong mold smell so bad that all of our clothes smelled musty when we stayed at a different hotel for our second half of our vacation. We had a room that had a balcony with a beautiful view and a tub, but the water to the tub only came out cold, we tried the water different times of the day and finally was able to put warm water in it only one day. Wasn't worth the extra money that we paid for the room with a balcony tub. Beach wasn't appealing to get in water, sand was mucky. Pool was nice. Location was good, we rented a cart and stayed here to be in a more quiet area.

The staff overall was great! I appreciate their attentiveness and flexibility! And housekeeping cleaned everyday and on time. The restaurants food wasn't that good. But staff was very nice again. Because it's in the middle of Isla Mujueres they could have developed better menus since there isn't much restaurant options around unless you rent a golf cart to go to other spots. Pool was also great and family friendly. We would definitely come stay here again!

Had to ask 3 times to get our pool clean asked for soap never got it nd there was a young white complected female receptionist with black glasses no energy no welcoming idc type of attitude! Bartenders nd wait staff treated us like family they were great !

We've stayed here before and it was a lovely experience then but this time was not great at all. Everything looked unkept. The walkway walls had holes in them, elevator was broken the entire stay, mens bathroom out of order for entire stay, no one looks up from their phones or greets you when you walk by the desk. No bellmen. Worst part was our sheets and pilllows smelled terrible.

Pool was green not blue, generally very gross and I did not want to swim in it. No mini fridge in the room. Limited food options and the beach had a bunch of seaweed and was not swim-able. I will not be returning. Nothing open on a Saturday night to just get a basic drink and it was very far from the good restaurants.

We were down during the recent hurricane, which turned out to be a tropical storm. The staff made sure we had everything we needed to be safe and happy. They went above and beyond.

The hotel overall was great. A bit far from town, not walkable but cabs were not expensive. The restaurant and staff at restaurant were beyond excellent. The food was the best. The restaurant staff suggested difficult choices and I found those suggestions perfect. Lobster was huge, breakfast buffet was a great spread. I enjoyed the spa with a massage daily. Both therapist were excellent. Adult pool was usually had no one but myself and quiet. The beach area was just enough, although like everywhere else in Quintana Roo, sea grass, but staff did clean it up every morning. A spa jacuzzi tub on deck, never used but a wonderful experience for couples. Remember when using water in the bathroom, cold is hot and hot is cold, its backwards and that is the same all over Mexico. I would highly recommend the hotel if you want to be away from the busy, noisy town with hundreds of golf carts.

This is a beautiful hotel. However the reason I gave this hotel a 3 stars . I got bit up . By bugs in my bed. I have pictures . This hotel is infested with bugs in there beds . Check other reviews I have pictures of bug bites all over my body and a picture of bugs moving . The ocean front is not ocean front. It’s a very very small area and not well kept. A lot of sea weed that can be cleaned daily. However the customer services from every other dept. was top tier. The restaurant staff is the very bessssst . Front desk staff is not very intenitive. I told them about one of staff walked in my room without permission while I was undressed made front desk staff aware nothing was done . Made front desk staff aware and showed pictures of bugs and. It’s I was offered free breakfast that already comes with most of guest stay. I was bit up
Do bad my skin was burning . The hotel is not close to attraction at all . Very secluded on island . If you are looking for quite , relax this is it but Other then that the hotel is Georgia. The restaurant makes the hotel

We loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room was next to the staff work room so we did hear noise occasionally, but overall it was a good experience. We purchased the breakfast during our stay and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the buffet that included an omelet station. The check-in process for breakfast was a little slow, but we enjoyed the relaxed pace of the island. Renting a golf cart is a must to explore the island.
