Countless sources of family fun await at this waterfront home on the peaceful shores of Lake Anna, just 10 miles from High Point Marina. Spend your days kayaking, canoeing, and swimming from the dock, and your evenings playing in family tournaments in the game room downstairs. Additionally, guests can soak in the hot tub or relax in the outdoor shower on the brand-new lower patio.
This home is the perfect spot for watersports, boasting 265 feet of bulkheaded waterfront on the quiet side of Lake Anna. There's a community boat ramp 500 feet down the road, as well as a private dock on the property with ample seating for lounging and dining. (Please note that the boat lift is not for guest use.) Also on hand for your lake adventures are two kayaks, a canoe, water skis, floaties, noodles, and life jackets.
The house and the property were designed with a large family in mind. There are two levels of deck space out back, so you can cap afternoons spent on the water with dinner on the gas grill, coffee on the dock, and s'mores around the firepit at the water's edge.
Inside, the air-conditioned living space is spread out across two floors. There are two refrigerators in the kitchen to help you accommodate a crowd, two indoor dining areas, as well as a living room with a gas fireplace and a smart TV for movie nights. But the real fun awaits in the game room, where you'll find foosball, pool, shuffleboard, and video game tables, as well as a dart board, board games, and another TV.
Of the six bedrooms, three are downstairs (including two bunk rooms for the kids) and three are upstairs (including a primary suite with deck access). Two bedrooms sport king beds while another two are equipped with queens. Your fifth bedroom boasts the most sleeping arrangements and offers two queens, as well as two twin beds. The final bedroom is the mentioned bunk room and has four twins, giving your vacation home more than enough space for everyone to comfortably rest. A Pack 'n Play, a stroller, a high chair, and toys are provided for your little ones as well. This house is located less than one-and-a-half miles from a county store and less than 10 miles from Coyote Hole Ciderworks.

Awesome place to stay. Great location on the private side of Lake Anna. Neighborhood launch ramp is just one house over, very convenient. We brought our boat and Waverunner. One thing to note, the launch ramp doesn't have much space in front to turn around, so if your boat trailer is very long, it can be a challenge to get backed in. But, the ramp is only for this small Neighborhood, so there not many people that use it.

We had a great time. Loved the layout and all the games and water toys. Next time we would bring our pans/griddle as the quality and selection of pans to cook for a large group was difficult but we made it work and had a great time. The outdoor shower was a great addition!

We just had a large family reunion and rented this property and Lake Break next store and both houses work get for our group of mixed ages. The house was clean and had many extra amenities. The best part was the lake, we had many young children so and the lake was shallow and they could just walk and play right from the shore it was great. Wi-Fi worked great, which was helpful since cell service is spotty.

Great Place for Multi-generational get together! Plenty of space and lots of things to do for everyone inside and outside.

Great place for a long weekend relaxing on the lake.

This property check all the boxes! I had booked this for a larger group (8 Adults) for a weekend away.
The check in process was simple and the management company was very professional.
There were many amenities in the house. From the lake to the hot tub; to the pool table and the shuffle board, this house had it all!
Checking out was just as easy as checking in.

Great house for a large group of people. Beautiful spot on the lake and the house had everything we needed.

When we arrived the kitchen counters were not clean. There was a nasty paper plate sticking out of the couch. There was a horrible smell coming from the downstairs which made it difficult for my kids to sleep down there. The hot tub had been turned off and we were unable to use it one of the two days we were there. I tried to contact them and they never called me back. I finally talked to someone in Oregon. He offered me $50, which is unacceptable. I don’t believe this is what you want representing VRBO.

Pros: well-stocked, lots of lake toys, dock speakers, great place to bring a boat!!, no need to leave, lots of space to spread out, great for families, clean (took one star away for cobwebs and a single mouse dropping. Saw a mouse on the deck but none inside), loved having 2 fridges!!; huge family room couch, perfect for hanging out and playing games, great communication with prop management once the trip was a week out and while we were there
Cons: communication pre-trip was frustrating — Vacasa was not helpful in answering questions. They said ATT service was “good” for making phone calls. We had little to no service. Verizon is fine! Thankfully WiFi was strong! ; warm side of the lake. Not refreshing in August. Kids loved it still!
Overall great property and we hope to return!

We booked Heather Cove & the property next door (Lake Break) for a weeklong family reunion & it delivered! There was plenty of space for ~30 adults/kids both indoors & outdoors. The game room downstairs was a game changer for the kids to blow off some steam on a rainy morning & the dock was our central meeting place for hanging out & swimming. I would also like to commend the Vacasa guest services. We had an issue with our AC & they sent someone out within the hour & had it fixed & pumping crisp, cold air again in no time. The wifi was a little spotty & slow but we didn't mind since we were spending quality time with family that we don't see often. That being said, a few people had to log on to work for a few hours & they didn't have an issue when it was just them logged on while everyone else was down by the dock. All in all, a pretty perfect house - would come back again!

The place was clean and it was really beautiful. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend this house.

Home was well cleaned, stocked well and all the games/water sports had their required accessories. Customer service was very good as well with a small issue. Heating and plumbing was also superior. Location was as described! 5 Stars

Great house, great location, great amenities. A few small things-1. Dryer doesn’t really dry (we ran it 3x and finally just through in bag to bring home 2. A couple outlets don’t seem to work in kitchen (and not reset with gfci), deck has some pretty rotted boards. While out of the homeowners control pretty big raccoon on the grounds that we saw repeatedly and ate our foam floats, life jackets,,etc that were out. We didn’t leave any food out to attract but you can tell it’s chewing on the deck too.
The home was very cozy and clean. Really appreciated the small things like extra raft (since ours was chewed up) in garage to borrow. The dock is very nice and great amount of seating. Loved the lower level with games and toys- very nice for our family gathering.
Would highly recommend to friends and we would absolutely stay here again.
Thanks!

We needed a last minute booking for a week away and were happy to find Heather Cove available. Great layout and well stocked, clean and comfortable, and the lake was warm and inviting. Nice setup on their boathouse made it easy to spend hours by the water.

Great customer service, perfect location, nice games for kids (indoor and outdoor), a lot of activities for all ages and perfect for any size family. Definitely a perfect place for family bonding and much to do outside so if your looking to get the family out of the house and together, this is the perfect spot!
