This property is fabulous. The construction and quality and layout of the home is wonderful. The view from uptop the mountain is exactly how it is shown. Stefanie the property manager was excellent providing information and lining up both our fishing excursion and our massause. Our masseuse was incredible. The trip up/down the mountain is interesting as are many of the roads in Santa Teresa and El carmen and you need a 4 wheel drive for sure. Once you get there it is well worth the drive.

Nice adventure with a few hiccups. The online listing didn’t mention the ruggedness of the road getting to the property or the steepness of the driveway. I would recommend a 4 wheeler or buggy to get around. There were a couple of maintenance issues on the first night but the property manager was very responsive and quick to fix the issues. The property manager was easy to work with with many cool recommendations. The view and serenity is worth it if you are adventurous.
