The house was perfectly located for our planned trip to The Ark. It was just the right size for the 4 of us, however, we could have easily fit/slept many more. The hosts were very welcoming and reached out to make sure everything was in order. The views were beautiful from either deck or porch and we loved the neighboring rooster wakeup call. Would recommend staying here.

The place was wonderful. The home welcoming and the setting unparalleled. We had amazing sunrises and sunsets. The home was super equiped with all kind of extra details. Our group was of 15, and we never felt that we were cramp, or anything.I will definitely use again.

This home home may not look like much from the outside looking in, but the property is perfect for a family on vacation. The home is clean and inviting for families to relax and spend time together. The bunk beds pictured in the listing have been upgraded and are very comfortable. There is plenty of space to spread out and games available to play. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals and snacks. The only thing visitor need to be aware of is that the stairs to the basement are very steep. If someone you are traveling with is unable to navigate stairs, they would need to sleep upstairs or simply use the lower entrance. The view of the hills are beautiful and the neighbors seem friendly. The location is in the country, but still very close to everything you need. A 13 minute drive to the Ark and to Walmart in under 20. The staff were very friendly and very easy to communicate with. When we left, we forgot our 4 year old sons favorite snuggle blanket behind. I was able to text the manager and the blanket was found! We are anxiously waiting for it to arrive in the mail. They truly went above and beyond and we appreciate it so much! If we ever return to Kentucky, we will definitely book again!

Wow! So peaceful. What an amazing view and place. Our kids enjoyed catching lightning bugs and we loved the hammock. We played games on the back deck. Thank you for giving our family an amazing memory.

Lovely house. Clean, organized, decorated nicely. Lots of pots and pans and Tupperware. Lots of room in the fridge and freezer. We ordered groceries for the week for a group of 6 adults and 5 kids from Walmart and had plenty of space in the fridge. There’s a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. The bunk beds downstairs are so nice. There were board games and card games available. The views, sunrise/sunset, and outdoor space were great. High recommend staying here as a large family.

The kitchen was fully equipped with a lot of extras that we weren't expecting. The house was very spacious and comfortable for our group. The online photos are an accurate depiction of the house, except there's a new washer and dryer and a better bunk bed than shone. It was a beautiful drive to the Ark Encounter! We would stay there again.

The house was clean and had the basics. I would say the only negative was the location. It's not close to anything. If you want peace and quiet its here. The neighboring properties need to clean up their trash but the rental property can't control that.

We enjoyed our stay in this house while we were visiting the Ark and Creation Museum. The Ark was only 15 minutes from the house. The house had a beautiful view on top of a hill of the countryside. It was stocked with all the amenities that we needed for the trip.

We enjoyed this property that is away from the main roads but very near The Ark Encounter. It has 8 beds plus a couch for sleeping. Kitchen is not large but it was adequate for what we needed. We spent most of our days out of the house. We plan to return to this property...in fact, we already booked for next April.

This property was great for our party of 4 but would accommodate many more. Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Loved that our son and granddaughter had pretty much their own living space downstairs with full bathroom, coffee bar, livingroom, tv, washer/dryer, separate exit/entry, and multiple sleeping bed options. The communication with the owners was great and they even offered special booking accommodations for our party if needed. Did I mention the view from the decks! This is a great location if you want to visit the Ark and Creation! Museum, absolute must see experiences with the family!

Very nice home for families. Only issue was a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms made a loud knocking sound when on, which prevent us from sleeping with it on. It happened to be very hot on the weekend we stayed there and every fan was needed. Sofa bed was uncomfortable in downstairs sleep area. Otherwise everything was as described on VBRO site. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, the only thing we needed but wasn't there was a pair of scissors, but that's very minor. The view from the front porch and covered back deck were the highlight of the stay along with the chess set which got used every evening!

The views at the house and the drive to it was beautiful. Great place if you are planning a trip to the Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter. We were a family of 11 and didn’t have any problem with space. The house was very well stocked with any amenities that you need. Beautifully decorated!! Quiet area off the beaten path to relax. Our only complaint was the futon beds bottom mattresses are too thin to sleep on comfortably for older people. We would most definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This home is set up very well for families and lots of kids. The scenery is beautiful and we so enjoyed our time in nature. It is also close to the Ark and about 45 min away from the Creation Museum. The only downside is an extensive check out list but the rest of our time there was great!

My husband and I enjoyed this location with 2 of our children and their families. Plenty of room! Very clean! Very comfortable beds!! Gorgeous view! Only 15 to 20 minute drive to The Ark. 45 minutes to The Creation Museum. HIGHLY recommend this beautiful location. Very nice owner. Our grandchildren enjoyed seeing the horses on the property below us!

This house became our home while we were Kentucky. The floor plan and room arrangements allowed my family to have several areas to relax as a group and private area to have a peaceful self reflection areas when needed. The front deck provide the early risers a comfortable spot to enjoy coffee & the sunrise and the new back deck Was a gathering spot for meals and to gaze at the sunset. The home decoration were charming and functional with a large family table to play games and word puzzles. The kitchen was nicely furnished with basic supplies and equipment to meet our needs. All our family rated this house as one of the best Air B &Bs they have stayed at!!!

We brought a church group to see the Ark Encounter and several from my family decided to rent a house instead of getting separate motel rooms for our stay. We split the cost and had a much more comfortable place to stay. The view is magnificent and the house had everything we need to make our stay great.

The house had a nice little deck to watch the sunrise for the early risers and a wonderful family deck to watch the sunset. The younger members of the family enjoyed lounging on the hammock under the trees while the adults enjoyed reconnecting over coffee snacks as the sun set over the grassy hills. The house location allows for day trips to local attractions. The house floorplan allows for group activities as well as private sleeping areas for family members. Each member of the family was very pleased with our stay.

We loved our recent stay at this beautiful property! The bottom floor was perfect for a bunch of children as well as three large bedrooms for adults. And there were so many animals to see nearby. The Ark was only a 10-15 minute drive and Creation Museum about 45-50 minutes so the location was great for that too. The owner responded quickly and was welcoming. My only negative was with check out as there was a much more extensive list of things to do than we are used to.

This house worked perfectly for our family of 11 ranging in age from 7 to 61. There was room for us to spread out and not feel like we were tripping over one another. It is located in a beautiful country setting, but only 15 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Highly recommend!

We loved it: nice, beautiful house with great kitchen and bathrooms and very close to the Ark Encounter. The queen beds are firm which was not as comfortable for those who are not used to a firm bed but overall we were very happy with everything. They had even decorated for the season (in this case it was Easter/spring decor). We would highly recommend this property, especially for larger groups.
