Our family had a great time at this property. Ben was an excellent host. The house was as advertised.

Very clean and had all the amenities of home - we could never be this comfortable in a hotel. Easily accommodated our group of teens,tweens and adult family members as well as our dog. Very convenient location to everything we wanted to see or do. The only negative is that the pool was over chlorinated to the point that we could not even stay in the pool room because of the fumes. Since we only stayed a couple of days and were constantly on the go this was not a huge issue but it would have been if we spent more time relaxing at the cabin

We had a good stay at this cabin with our family of 10 (4 kids, 6 adults, and 2 small dogs). We loved the pool and hot tub, but the chlorine was quite strong upon our arrival since they clean it out for each guest (which is great), but it was fine by the second day. The arcade, theater, and games were a hit with the kids. Through no fault of the owner, the cabin is located near a landfill which, depending on the wind that day, made the outside air smell pretty bad. The property is on a steep hill and not near much grass, which made it hard to walk our dogs. The bedrooms were spacious and nice. Location was great for Dollywood and nearby attractions. The host was friendly, flexible and responsive throughout our stay.

Everything about this cabin and the host were Magnificent!! The host are and were phenomenal with communicating and providing excellent details regarding our upcoming stay as well as offering suggestions with things to do, activities, and restaurants near by our cabin. The cabin was clean and fully stocked with supplies and well appointed decor. Only one minor suggestion, “need a full size ironing board.” There is an iron and ironing board provided in the cabin, but the board is a table top size, not full size standing board which makes ironing multiple clothes a bit tedious but definitely not a deal breaker. The pictures online do no justice and is exactly as described if not better seeing in person!! Swimming pool with waterfall was nice and relaxing and warm in temperature after followed instructions with pool timer. The game room with arcade games along with theatre room was enjoyable throughout our stay with plenty of movie options to view. There was some nearby construction in the area but nothing that was disturbing during our stay. This cabin definitely has all the bells and whistles and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!!

It was wonderful and absolutely beautiful inside but outside it’s not that great construction going on and they were blaring music but after the new cabins are build it will be quiet and peaceful! We absolutely loved the cabin and the host were VERY quick to respond to my messages. Will definitely be back to this beautiful cabin in the fall

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. We had 8 adults and 4 children. The cabin is newer and is well designed and comfortable. It was clean upon arrival. However, the kitchen is lacking some common amenities (measuring cups, cookie sheets, kitchen cleaner). There are no dressers with drawers in the smaller bedrooms or closets in any of the bedrooms so there wasn’t a place for luggage to be put out of the way. The pool was a nice amenity, however, it was shocked prior to our arrival and was poorly mixed up and extremely strong… we couldn’t use until the end of the following day. The host was quick to respond to any issue. We would stay again.

We visit the area twice a year and have been for 20+ years. This by far is the nicest cabin we have ever stayed at! Love the location and the kids loved having the pool in the cabin. Everything was new and very nice!

The cabin had all the fun amenities listed in the description and was plenty big for everyone to spread out. We had some issues with the toilets not flushing properly and with the waterfall in the pool not working. Ben was extremely proactive about getting maintenance out to troubleshoot these issues. Overall it was good stay.

Nice house with lots of room!! Pool was to cold to swim. No where for my dog to go potty. House is close to the city dump so it smelled outside. If your bringing little ones you definitely need a few baby gates for the stairs

We stayed at Ridgetop Rendezvous with two other families. The house was perfect for all 11 of us. We had plenty of room. It was exactly as advertized. We read some reviews saying the pool was small, but it was big enough for the 5 kids in our group. The adults enjoyed the hottub. The only downfall of our trip was that the house is located near a garbage dump. We would often smell garbage while sitting on the balconies, especially in the morning. I would imagine this is only an issue in the summer with the heat. We would definitely stay again!

This is the only place to stay in Pigeon Forge! It is immaculately maintained and has exceptional amenities for a totally fun and memorable stay. The property owner is flawless in his hospitality. He is dedicated to making sure the renters are completely happy and satisfied.

The owner was very quick to respond and the house was amazing! The kids absolutely loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. We contacted the owner about the waterfall not working & the owner had someone out to fix it the same day, Location was very convenient to attractions & grocery & restaurants, we would definitely recommend this home!

We really enjoyed the cabin. Our host was amazing and very responsive. Perfect for our family, we’ll be back again. Wi-Fi a little unstable but that’s because of the mountains. Overall we had a great time!

It's clean; the photos are accurate; it's comfortable and the descriptions are correct. Owners did a good job of sending information to us.
Why it's not perfect:
- Wifi is AWFUL (don't plan to get anything done online more than simple email).
- Toilet paper is very rough (cheap brand)
- Not a lot of area for parking given the small area and slope of "driveway"
- Pool is too small to be usable (unless you have very small children)
We also had some issues with neighboring guests but that's not likely a recurring problem that would affect others.
None of these items merit reducing the place from 5 stars, but travelers should know what to expect.

This cabin was very upscale! The owners were very easy to work with. Every room was decorated well and was well furnished. The only downside was that it did not have a gas grill - only charcoal. We managed with that. The resort is building more cabins I assume because there was a construction site in front of our cabin. I have nothing negative to say about the cabin. My friends and I had a blast! The heated pool and hot tub were the best! We will be booking again!

Our group with adults and kids ranging 5-13 had a blast here and it was in close proximity to everything we needed. Even during busy spring break time it didn’t take us more than a few mins to get anywhere. Kids loved the pool and game/movie area and the adults loved the space to retreat at the end of the day. Minor issue with the hot tub that was resolved immediately. Would absolutely stay again.
