Room was in poor condition. Water works, ac sometimes works and the door locks. Lots of damage to the room and it’s so dirty. Also you’ll never get your deposit back fyi.

Toilet seat fell off upon first use. Sink in bathroom was fully seperated from countertop and edge of bed frame (incorrect size) stuck out and gouged my buddys leg A/C motor was nothing short of horrible

Was told i can check in at 6:30am with a $30 early check in fee. I asked before i bought the room to confirm. I arrived the next morning to a $70 fee and a rude clerk. I was turned away with no where to go. They would not refund my money since they gave me mis information. Would not recommend this motel to anyone..BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The room was not terrible. You get what you pay for. The reason why it’s a low rating is because of the dirty soda ridden of stains and other things I don’t even want to know about. I tried to get a new room and they refuse because they were “sold out.”

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I didn't feel safe in the area, the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the microwave was missing (someone had stole it), the toilet seat was broken, and the walls were damaged. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

The front desk nighttime staff was friendly and quickly provided sets of clean towels because our hotel room didn’t have any. I was slightly disappointed we didn’t get the one king bed room as reserved but the two double beds were fresh and clean and allowed for more space to move around. One bed in the room was totally useless with very badly broken spring and couldn’t sit on it or lay down or anything. TV was huge with good quality tv channel on the guide. Bathroom was good size and the shower water pressure totally too low and took a long time to become warm/hot. It was not good water shower pressure. Too much noise from upstairs room. We were on first floor.

I check in late and tired and leave early so I didn’t have much choice but to stay. I was ready to sleep in my car. Thank goodness I wiped down everything with Clorox wipes when I got there. There was a closed closet with a lamp in front of it. I opened the closet and there was a bag of empty fast food containers. There was a hole in the wall in the closet. There was a tube of chapstick lining the bed frame under the bottom bed cover. I called to address this with the front desk at the same number he called me from not an hour before to see what time I’d be checking in. Of course there was no answer. There was no where near the bed to plug in the phone or MacBook. The cable didn’t work. The electrical cords were NOT safe. I really wanted to sleep in my car. The beds sheets looked and smelled super clean but considering what the rest of the place looked like, I felt gross. Usually a bad thing here or there is not something I’d bother with. This place was by far the grossest place I’ve stayed in Orange County and I’m there every weekend. Rule this place OUT.

Room overall was a great size. Wish there would have been a tub opprobrium but that’s a personal preference. AC unit interrupted sleep throughout the night as well as the person next door who was silent all day/evening until about 10pm. 10pm is quiet time so could not find anyone at the front desk and there were no phones in the room.

Hotels.com needs to pull this property from their website. This was by far the worst travel experience ever. The room was disgusting, blood stain on wall, dirty linens, an open closet with debris in it, broken furniture, dust, mold and dirty walls, carpeting was disgusting, the smoke detector had no batteries or cover, black gunk in bathrub, the list goes on and on...i reached out to the property management 5 days ago and have not heard back. I never complain but seriously should be refunded for this stay. Hotels.com is a reputable booking site they should be more selective of their properties.

I walked in. And walked out. They charged me a 50 dollar deposit. And I checked out that same day. They kept it. I only took a shower and after seeing the ceiling mold, paint peeling, blood stains on the wall I had to leave ASAP. I also didnt feel safe because of the “residents” hanging out in the front. Lastly, I felt my car was going to be jacked if I didn’t leave. I have pictures to back up my claims. P.S. when you have a customer do not be on your cell phone and be disrespectful. Tell your friend you’re at work and take care of the customer. Jeeze

let me just start off by saying this place was gross. It is one of the nastiest places I’ve ever stayed at the towels that I got were dirty and had hair all over them. There was no trash bag in the trashcan. The refrigerator was gross. The bed lamp was dirty and had stuff all over the inside. The walls were disgusting. They have never been cleaned for what it looks like especially the bathroom door. It is one of the most unsanitary places I have ever seen. This is also an scam They charge me the $50 hospitality Wish didn’t make sense because I didn’t even stay the night. I even make it more than an hour staying in our room. They took advantage. I wish I never went this deserves no stars .

Disgusting on all levels. Room had black mold all over the walls and in bathroom. Peeling paint, bloody fingerprint on door-jam, stains on carpet. The bathroom sink drain had black bugs flying out and a sewer smell from it, rust on drains. The fire alarm was missing, the towels were stained.Dresser was messed up.Dont know what was going on with the closet..full of junk. If there would have been availabllity elsewhere we could have left. Health department needs to be called on this place!
