Hotel was clean but basic. Rooms were small, especially the shower. Just enough room to get around the bed and no more. Breakfast area also very small, selection of food was standard Euro breakfast, perfectly adequate. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Convenient for the station, not the nicest area and I wouldn't walk around alone at night but only 20 minutes walk to the Grand Place.

Hotel location was great as it was across the street from the train station. With that being said, area was busy (loud) and not so great. We didn’t feel unsafe but definitely wasn’t in a “nice” part of the city. There were a few issues we had with our room. First off, we unknowingly booked an accessible room which basically had a wet bath so when you took a shower the ENTIRE bathroom floor got wet. There was also no place to put our bathroom stuff without risking it falling in the toilet. Also the bathroom had this half tinted glass door, where the upper half wasn’t tinted making it possible for the high rise across the way to see directly into the bathroom (see photos) It was weird. The AC also didn’t work, the bed was rock hard and there was no place to sit in the room other than the bed and this weird small table with a stool. No early check in either and after an overnight flight it was rough waiting until 3 pm. Luggage lockers were nice and place was clean but we wouldn’t stay again.

The rooms are on the small side with no tea/coffee facilities but were clean and comfortable. Convenient for Brussels Midi Station. Lots of eating places nearby. Would I stay again - Yes.

Great proximity to Brussels-Midi station where I arrived, as well as transport links like trams and buses to help get around the city. Twin room was a good size and spotlessly clean when I arrived. All the staff were lovely and extremely friendly throughout, really helpful for a first-time traveller like myself. Didn't get chance to sample their food as there were plenty of eateries nearby. My one note to future customers would be that sound travelled easily between walls and especially from the floor above, but this didn't impact my stay in any meaningful way. Definitely recommend and will likely be somewhere I stay again in future, next time I'm in Brussels! :)

Initially, I was not impressed by the hotel's location, but in retrospect, it was ideal for getting around Brussels. The hotel was clean, and the room had everything you would require. The hotel also has a green policy. Various restaurants and shops are nearby, and the train station is only two minutes away. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you're a solo traveller.

The location was kind of far from Brussels main tourist points. Too dirty outside, near the hotel, seemed dangerous and too many homeless people in the location. The air conditioning was not working.

Great stay at this hotel. Traveled with two friends, stayed one night and shared a room. Checking in was quick and the staff who checked us in was charming, professional, and welcoming. The hotel was clean as well as our room. The free hot chocolate was so delicious that we could drink it daily. Also, Hotel is walking distance, about 10 minutes or less to the Brussels Midi/Zuid train station. We would definitely stay there again.

The guy who services at the front desk is so unkind, he gets mad when you try to ask for some help and we had to ask for his help twice, but the other ladies who service at the front desk are so kind. The property doesn't have an additional restroom on the reception and it feels kind of insecure around the property. .

The staff of this property was extremely kind and generous and made my stay even better with their hospitality and extreme kindness which made my trip 10 times more enjoyable, there are many restaurants and shops extremely close by that you can enjoy, i really enjoyed my vacation in belgium

Clean room but too hot and stuffy. Air con didn’t work, and sign in room says ventilation system is turned off after midday (but it didn’t work before midday either). Extremely noisy from outside with windows open. Soundproofing of rooms is great but pointless if the AC is non-existent and you have to open the window. Shouldn’t be allowed to advertise as a hotel with air con. The mirror in my room was chipped and had a sharp edge which I cut my foot on (reported to reception who apologised and provided plaster). Bathroom door too heavy and would slam shut, so no ventilation for the bathroom to dry out. Other than that the room was fine and clean, good TV with lots of channels. Location was convenient proximity to the train station but not the nicest / safest area. Free tea and coffee at reception is good.

The AC was broken, had to try 3 different rooms. Ended up changing hotel to Park Inn by Radisson. The staff were very polite and understanding, but couldn’t do anything to help. The manager was useless and didn’t care. The breakfast was not very good, standard items. The area is not nice, a lot of drug addicts, high criminality, and dirty streets. Stay away.

Convenient to the train station, restaurants and shops. Guests need to be aware the rooms are postage stamp sized; no desk, no chair, barely walk around the bed, room for one suitcase. It is clean so theres that!!
