La localisation, la propreté et la gentillesse de l’hôtesse d’accueil

One of the most beautiful apartments I have visited in Marrakech. The staff are very nice and endlessly helpful. Everything about it is five stars and most importantly, it is cleaner than all the apartments I have visited in ten years. Thanks to everyone who works there, especially the girl whose name is Khawla.

Balie medewerkers waren erg aardig.

Nice and clean. Great restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Reception staff lovely
Maybe not having soap or shower gel

Nice place, in heart of Marrakech. The apartments is very big and extraordinarily well equiped with has all kind of facilities needed for a family stay. We enjoyed very much and would recommend it. We'd definitely come back for a longer stay.

The location was great and closer to the town centre, but the facilities in the apartment weren't that great. Decent sized rooms and kitchen.
1. Firstly, facilities mentioned in booking.com site wasn't there e.g. microwave, toaster etc. Microwave was such an important thing and one of the reasons why i booked an apartment. Kitchen is not equipped well with appropriate amenities to cook.
2. Staff at the reception can hardly speak or understand English which was a massive hurdle. Again, this was contradicting to what was mentioned in booking.com
3. Water wasn't draining in the kitchen sink and I would expect these things to have been thoroughly checked before giving the keys to the guests. It was a challenge to clean dishes and it was frustrating
4. Apartment shower room is too small and would hardly fit-in a normal sized adult. This was a pain as we had to take shower due to the extreme heat
5. Gym/fitness centre equipment were not working properly and there wasn't even a mat.

The staff were friendly and tried their best to resolve issues.
1. I paid about £500 for three nights, and it's extremely expensive for what you get. The location is very far from the town centre. Get ready to pay lots on cabs to go into town, which is really where you want to be.
2. The apartment advert is misleading in a number of ways.
3. It's not the apartment on some of the images advertised!
4. It's advertised in a way which suggests that netflix and other streaming apps are available. That's NOT true. You have to use your own account to watch anything. The TV was not even connected to local stations!
5. There is NO "BODY SOAP" as advertised, just some hand wash. We had to but some locally.
6. There is hardly any cutlery and utensils.
7. NO washing up liquid!
8. The bathroom is TINY! About 1.5m b 1m, so be ready for a tight squeeze when getting in or out of the shower.
9. Don't lock the shower room door you will struggle to open it. My daughter got locked in as it EXTREMELY stiff. We had to call the guy downstairs to try and wedge it open. Eventually, he got her out and he said, "Just don't lock the bathroom door in future".
10. Breakfast is terrible, however the staff were friendly. You have to go to a coffee shop a few minutes away, and it starts serving at 9am, so if you are planning to eat earlier, as you may want to go site seeing, be prepared to buy Breakfast elsewhere! Also, you can only select from three set items, so you can't have anything else on the menu. So if you don't like it, tough! Go somewhere else. For 3 nights at £500 I could have booked a hotel and had a feast each morning in Marrakech. The food there was extremely cheap.
11. The views are terrible. It's just a building site opposite.
12. The host is extremely quick to respond to everything but seems to have get out clauses for the extremely expensive but substandard holiday let.

beautiful rooms, nice location, very clean and comfortable.
staff wasn’t great… very confusing when checking in as no one seem to care to be helping much.
I left in the morning to go get breakfast (served by a third party restaurant, and pretty poor in quality - definitely not worth it) and noticed the front desk was unmanned. when returning there was still no one there, though the front door had been left opened throughout. a short while later i tried to check out and still no one to be seen. after snooping around otherwise I would’ve been late for my flight, I found a man in a back room taking a nap and I had to wake him up! it felt very inappropriate and if I had been there for a longer stay i would’ve been very concerned about security in the place (especially since they held on to my passport on the front desk).

Worst reception service. they don’t know how to get things resolved.

clean, convenient location
2 nights were very noisy, some guests turned the hotel upside down. the apartments are not full sound proof for people having parties next door. i had to contact the manager multiple times.
4.1
The appartment is very big, comfortable and it has everything you need. Having 2 bathrooms was also a great advantage for a family. The beds were big and the balcone added a lot to the place as well.
It was pretty tough to move around from the hotel, even tho it was not far from the center. We had a little one and we were moving only with a taxi and there were not many passing by in the area. In addition, almost no taxi driver knew the location of the residence, so I ended up giving directions with google maps most of the times.

- team is wonderful
- spacious apartments
- can be cleaner (but the attendants Imane, Najwa and Hussein tried to do their best)
- washing machine did not function properly

The apartments were spacious and modern. The deco was also very modern and nice.
The hotel staff were friendly and the manager was helpful with providing transport. It was close to some nice cafes.
Unfortunately the apartments were not very clean. The floors were dirty and so were the cupboards- fingerprint marks and food marks. There were foot prints on the sofas so we didn't feel relaxed or comfortable. We had to use towels to cover the sofa to sit on them. The outside local area where the apartment was situated wasn't very clean.the view from the rooms and balcony wasn't very scenic.
