I'll help you rewrite this review to maintain the positive sentiment while varying the language and structure. Here's a revised version:
Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff impressed us with their courteous and attentive service. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction, making us feel genuinely welcome and well-cared for.
The accommodations were excellent, with rooms that were thoughtfully designed and fully equipped to meet all our needs. Every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure guest comfort. The complimentary breakfast was a standout feature – a delicious and varied spread that provided the perfect start to our mornings, energizing us for the day's adventures.
The overall experience was so positive that we are already looking forward to returning. Without hesitation, we would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to friends and family, confident they would enjoy the same high-quality experience we did.

Easy check in, good parking for a fee, central to eats, comfortable. Confusing hallways, maybe to maximize views. Breakfast much better than expected...only expected a cold continental breakfast.

it was great, friendly staff. just one complaint, there was a used bar of soap in our bathroom when we got there

Close to downtown with all the unique shops and places to eat. Our stay was very comfortable, clean, efficient and friendly staff with the added bonus of breakfast.

Our room was on top floor, comes with a balcony with great mountain view. Right in the center of Banff town, close to tons of shops and restaurants. The breakfast and underground parking was very nice too. Had big TV in the room.

Customer service is always great at Brewsters! You cannot beat the location as it is centrally located downtown, making it extremely walkable. Our room was on the smaller side with 2 queen beds and backed onto the alley. We were on the top floor (3rd), which had nice vaulted ceiling and a mountain view. Some areas were quite dusty but were high up. I put up a birthday banner and balloons, likely the only reason I noticed this. The alley is very loud on Sunday mornings as garbage trucks are picking up garbage. I’d suggest asking for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. The shower is very aggressive, but better than the alternative?
Breakfast was okay, enough to fill your stomach for the day. Parking was an additional $18 which is tight, but worth it to be underground.
Overall, I’d stay here based on location, customer service, and bed comfort.
2.0 / 10.0
The customer service and downtown location were outstanding. I requested a quiet room, was told I was given one, but I wasn’t. Staff did their best but I should have been placed in a quiet(er) room to begin with rather than be given the option to move once settled. Also, housekeeping staff failed to turn off the alarm clock, which went off unexpectedly at 6:00 AM disturbing my family’s much-needed sleep. This should have been checked. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the breakfast was mediocre. If you want heated underground parking, I recommend getting there before check-out at 11:00 AM. The underground parking spaces are extremely small and limited. The fee is reasonable at $18 + tax/night. For the price, I don’t think I’ll stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge again.

We enjoyed our visit. Hotel and staff were lovely. The staff actually we exceptional. The bed was a bit firm and the door should be more sound proof. You can hear people in the hall like they’re next to you. They do supply ear plugs though.
I’d have no problem staying again. Great location to everything downtown Banff has to offer.

Brewster Mountain Lodge is ideally located near Banff Avenue. It used to offer free parking which was a huge bonus - they recently changed it to $18 a day.
They have a frequent guest program but rooms booked through a third-party don't qualify. They told me they'll match online offers.
Breakfast is included but we typically eat somewhere else to get something more substantial.

Stay was nice, but found that the staff didn’t understand our timeline and kept the trying to cancel our time they walked in in the morning while we were still there and didn’t understand that we were checking out at checkout time

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The only downgrades were the trains running though the night, and a pretty skimpy breakfast option. But overall, it was a good experience.

We stayed in late Sept early October. The hotel was quiet and there was very little street noise at night - although it was in off season. Our room had the bed located up a steep set of steps with the living area and bathroom downstairs. If you don't have to get up at night much - that works. However, if you are older (we are) the walk down the steep steps can be tricky and definitely wakeful. The view was beautiful, the living area was nice to have although there is a small round table instead of a desk (and we were both working remote at some points). The staff were helpful upon arrival. We opted for minimal cleaning and so unless you leave towels on the floor or the bed in a heap - they will not change or refresh. (we learned) The one elevator can get busy but it works. The breakfast area is designated in the parking garage - and had hot cut potatoes and canadian bacon /back bacon and hard boiled eggs. There were cold cereals and soupy oatmeal. Bagels and english muffins and some sliced fruit. It was underwelming - we chose to eat at Coyotes ( a couple of doors down - which had excellent breakfasts!) The hotel is well located in town and was very safe for walking around even in the late night. The Una Pizza & Wine had great pizza and good wine. The Bluebird restaurant as well.. The Fairmont - Vermillion Room - was also good with a view as well. The Brewster Mountain Lodge did NOT have AC but it did have fans. Parking spaces are narrow in the garage!

This is on one of the main streets in Banff and was very noisy. I did wonder why they provided ear plugs in the room! Breakfast was v basic

Great hotel in the heart of Banff. Customer service was excellent, from prior to arriving and during our stay. Staff were warm and welcoming, and happy to help. The free breakfast was better than expected, it was substantial, with options available, and well appreciated. Rooms were large and clean. Bed was comfortable except for the pillows which felt old and lumpy. Unknown to us, on the first morning of our stay the room clock/alarm was set and alarmed at 6am. This was unexpected and a bit of an annoyance after looking forward to sleeping in. Our rental vehicle was quite large, which posed an unexpected issue when it came to parking in their underground parking space (height restriction noted as 6’4”, but it’s lower then that) so take this into consideration if you choose to utilize their parking.

Hotel was basic and generally quiet. Nice staff and free breakfast good. Overpriced for the room. Would have liked a mini refrigerator and the rooms and bathrooms due for a refresh. Property tries to give a cabin lodge feel but it misses the mark.

The Brewster was in the heart of Banff. We walked along the river on the Art walk, walked to the waterfall below the Fairmont and all over downtown. The area was clean and well kept. If you have tome, have lunch at the Fairmont. It was lovely. The breakfasts at the Brewster were healthy but had very little interesting foods, just the basics.
The rooms were large and comfortable the bathroom had a shower/tub combo. All was very clean!
The staff wad helpful and very polite.
I would recommend this hotel

Very nice having a parking spot during Labor Day weekend, in the center of the action with lots of dining and shopping options

Cute little hotel right in downtown Banff! Staff was super nice and helpful and got us checked in early. A little noisy at night but we kept the windows open so that’s expected in downtown. Very nice stay!

Located in the town center, the Lodge is convenient to many shopping and dining options. The room was large allowing us to spread out our luggage and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Brewster Mountain Lodge was a great choice. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. We had a loft bedroom. Going up and down the stairs was an event, but we didn't mind. Our view was fine, not great, not bad. The breakfast was very good. There was always plenty of food and some great options, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, pastries, cereal. The only downside was the parking situation. There is very limited parking. We gave up and didn't use it, but that also meant we didn't' have to pay for it. There is a parking garage very close that worked fine. It was paid parking during the day, but it worked. It's right in the middle of Banff, a cute touristy town. You can get to most things easily. It would be my first choice if I visited Banff again. I will mention the hallways are ice cold in the summer. Odd, but if you move quickly you can make it to your room before you freeze.

Loved the location of this stay, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wish there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

The staff was really nice and very helpful. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The location is really close to the shops and restaurants. The only downside to it was that you can hear people talking from the outside but they provide earplugs in the room if needed.

Room and location were great

The bed smelt like body oder and very uncomfortable. The washroom was half ass cleaned and we found a left over sock at the edge of the bed so you know there was no attention to detail when “clean” For the amount the room cost it was the size of a shoe box and was not clean. $600 for one night is ridiculously expensive for no amenities, poor service, cleanliness, loud, tiny room.
I had forgot a tooth brush and there was not even a choice to ask the front desk if you had a complimentary one as she blew off my wife on the phone when she called the front desk.
We ended up leaving at 6 am so we could go back to Calgary and have a decent shower and get out of that place.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It’s a nice, clean hotel in a convenient area. Clean rooms but noisy. My room had balcony right on the road but the road side was quiet. It was inside the hotel where you could hear everything. Guests rolling their luggage, guests talking to one another on various floors and all night long someone manning the front desk coughing and blowing their nose. The interior seems to echo. It is a nice room and very convenient to the happenings in Banff.

Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The room is nice but a bit noisy, we can hear people next door and in the hallway. The outlets need to be updated so it would be easier for plugging in our cables. The breakfast nook looks outdated and dingy. The location is very centralized, walking distance to shops, market, restaurants, coffee shops….

Great Location, near restaurants, very clean and comfortable beds.
