Hotel was okay. Service was slow and although it was valet parking only, there was only one attendant and you need to leave your car parallel parked on the side on a busy and narrow street. Location did not feel safe and the area only had limited food options. Would not recommend staying in this location.

Friendly service, free valet parking or self park after 11pm. Rooms are a good size and clean. Good area next to bars and restaurants and not far from the arena. Very fun city need to come back and would consider staying here again.

Always impeccable, perfect place EXCEPT they switched to valet parking, unfortunately, which makes you wait for a long time but it's understandable. I personally hate valet parking in general.

Getting into the building was NOT easy. Parking was horrible Had to have a lesson to use the elevator. Sirens throughout the night.

Our stay was great! I reached out to the hotel a couple days before our stay to see if we could get a room upgrade and they graciously agreed! We were given an executive suite, which was fantastic since we were 3 women travelling together. So nice to have an extra bathroom and more space! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near Mount Royal and old Montreal.

Had a nice stay. The property was very clean and the staff are friendly. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Only thing that would make it better is if they had a pool in the fabulous outdoor space they have.

I would give 5 star but the valet was scared to park my truck in parking saying the clearance was too small but I seen parking and it would have made it. Valet should know or measure vehicles.

Great location, we walked along St Laurent Blvd - miles of shops and restaurants, and up to Mount Royal - fun trails and wide views of the city, and down to the old town. We had an inner room and it was very quiet. Nice big bathroom with one of those fancy rain shower heads.

Everything about this hotel was great. Reasonable rate compared to other hotels in the area, walking distance to many restaurants, shops, shops and metro. The room was clean and modern and the staff very friendly. The only downside was our room was close to the cleaning closet and exit. It was noisy at times. Also, because they are a pet friendly hotel, we found that our room smelled of a pet. Would be nice if they kept the pet friendly rooms separate from people who want a pet-free room.

The room was nice. however, it seems there's been some cutbacks in the accommodations since our last stay. The coffee station in the room only had 2 nespresso cups and barely made espresso shots. Also the closet only had one bathrobe for a room of two adults. While it looked nice, the shower was not good. The water pooled due to poor drainage.

Overall good with a couple of minor hiccups. Friendly staff and we were able to check-in early. The fridge was left open so the floor was a little wet in a small area. The reception didn’t pick up the phone despite calling multiple times and didn’t call back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel 10. I visited over Labor Day weekend for three nights and can say it's in a great central location. Everything I wanted to do was walkable and easy. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't speak French, and there were no language barriers during my stay. The price for parking is a little high but worth the convenience. I will note that the room needed some slight repairs. The shower ceiling was peeling a little, and some of the laminate floorboards were popping up. All that to say, I would definitely stay there again when I revisit Montreal.

Great place to stay in Montréal close to downtown, the metro, many bus stops and the plateau. My daughter and I had a great stay here. Very modern hip and well located but also quiet. It is a huge benefit that they have free valet parking with EV chargers in the garage. My EV had a full charge when we left because the valet plugged my car in for me. Super friendly and responsive staff. Clean comfortable rooms. The immediate neighborhood has some good and some not great spots but we felt safe. The Wi-Fi was adequate. The breakfast buffet was really nice and the price for the meal was ok. Would recommend.

Well positioned and easy to engage in activities around the city center. Clean and safe, with convenient valet parking and dining options. On the flip side, because of its position, there were many homeless people around, which was sad to see and impossible to remedy. On a side note, there was a poor coordination with Expedia - only one VIP perk available, and this only after a lengthy workout.

It was okay. Looked completely different in pictures but in reality bathroom sealing paint was pealing off and table drawers were old. I would say it’s 3 start hotel not 4 star. Honestly, I wouldn’t book it again.
