Bon emplacement mais certaines choses demandent à être révisées

Bien situé, très propre

J’ai essayé d’imprimer un document, dans la section affaire, c’était tellement compliqué que la préposée m’a offert de l’imprimer pour moi à son poste. Comme il s’agit d’un document confidentiel, j’ai refusé. Je me demande pourquoi c’était aussi compliqué.

Comfortable .

Loved the sitting area in the room . Bed very comfortable . Breakfast was good and was included in our room charge .

Unfortunately , location was not what I expected . Not walking distance to local attractions , restaurants. Fortunately Uber helped with that issue . Air conditioner extremely loud thought we were hearing trucks from Route 66 . Charging for parking bit ridiculous ,should be included in room charge . Bkfst apparently changing to an additional fee . If that is the case need to use warmers . Eggs and pancakes were cold .

Love this hotel. I will bring my own pillow next time.

The facility is nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. We still consider Hyatt Place as our next place to stay.

The pillows and bed are too hard for me.

Excellent stay!

Appreciated booking at the last minute and there was a room available.

Coffee - this wasn't available until 7am. Many of us travelers are early birds and like a fresh cup early like 5am or so. The coffee maker in the room is not the same.

Great stay at the Hyatt

Great stay at the Hyatt. The hotel seems recent so everything was brand new and very clean. The staff were great and breakfast was included which is always nice. We were also walking distance to the city center.

Overall excellent experience, but needs improvement in management/ staff department.

It was new and sparkling clean

Staff at the front desk were nice, but super slow, often chatting between themselves instead of helping customers (except manager). We were only two customers at the time, so we ordered two plain black coffees and it took them good ten minutes to pour them and another 7 to hand it to us over the counter, because they were chatting. We would still be waiting there if some lady didn’t come and needed help, which they would not have noticed if I didn’t point it out. Also, check in was at 4, but our room was not cleaned until 6:30 (two families before us were also waiting) - the manager said they were understaffed and eventually went to help cleaning people herself.

Superb hotel. Very upscale yet great price.

Everything is brand new. Very clean and classy. This is a hip and upscale hotel. Friendly staff, great location and high end decor. Large room with beautiful decor and class.

Washer wasn't working and they should have coffee 24/7. I has to catch a train at 5 am and coffee isn't available until breakfast.

Nice stay and had a nice stay with family.

Breakfast was lovely. Wish it was open before 7am though.

Wish hot breakfast was available a little earlier. Thankfully the beverages were. Wish the heated pool was more heated and had a Jacuzzi. Need more staffing to turn rooms over quicker. Early check in couldn't happen.

I never write complaints but my family and I spent money to have a good time and it was more bad than good.

The breakfast wasn’t bad although I tried to get coffee and it was empty.

The lady at the front desk told me that the pool is heated and it was cold, I woke up sick the next morning from swimming in cold water then sleeping in a hot stuffy room. One of the sheets had a stain that looked like a pee stain, we didn’t notice that until the morning because it was by the foot of the bed. When we first went in the room there was a pubic hair on the toilet. They were doing construction on the rooms next to us so in the morning we kept hearing them banging a hammer.

Good location, nice facility, friendly staff, warm pool!

There was quite a bit of long white pet fur all over the sofa from previous tenant.
