Great location, easy to walk downtown Flagstaff.
No complaints, a bit pricey and figuring out where to park was a bit confusing.

It's a clean, roomy facility in a great location.

The room was super comfy. Everything was great inside and out. Perfect location close to downtown. Staff was friendly. Parking was nice and right across the street. It's nice to have a full size fridge. Our room had a view of the park, which I loved.
We had to pay $100 for a pet fee, when it wasn't advertized through THIS website (booking.com). It was a complete surprise when we went up to check in and we had to pay the $100, after we had already paid for the room. That's a pretty high fee for one night. $30-$50 would be more reasonable. More importantly, it should have been part of the initial price, or explained on the site so it wasn't a surprise as we checked in.

Breakfast was adequate.
There was an issue with the elevators. The buttons only worked sporadically. My wife and I were trapped in the elevator when the buttons did not work. We know there were other complaints, the staff seemed unconcerned. The hotel seems to have been designed by an idiot. From the lobby to the elevators, you must walk up a narrow very steep curving ramp about 20 feet pushing your own luggage cart. If your room is on the first floor, you continue up the ramp another 30 feet. This does not appear to be for the use of wheelchairs as it is too steep. Parking is in downtown Flagstaff which is crowded and the free hotel parking is inadequate. My son had to pay for parking across the street. In the room the a/c was noisy. This is a very expensive hotel for Flagstaff and the a/c sounded like a window a/c in a Motel 6. Most people use the hotel as a base for seeing sights, not TV watching, but still, the channel selection was pathetic.
My sister, also staying there, made coffee in her room and found a dirty cup in the cabinet. When the maid cleaned her room, they forgot to take the soiled towels with them. They were just left on the floor. When we first got to our room, my wife tried to call the desk for some information, but the phone did not work. Later, an employee came up and checked it and told us to just use the speaker as the handset was broken. When we first arrived we parked in the hotel lot and walked in, having to pass an unauthorized smoking area that smelled terrible. There is a nice indoor pool, but it is not heated and was ice cold. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with the exception of someone that wants to be in walking distance to numerous bars and pubs in downtown Flagstaff.

Great location. Lovely check in staff who gave great recommendations for places to eat. Room was a corner suite and the kitchen was a bonus. Would stay again
