It was a great location and host adonica was good

The location is great. Right across from Frenchman st but 3/5 mins ride from bourbon.

Only complaint was the water didn’t really get hot just warm

Nice propert, super clean and great location to the Bourbon Street area.

-The property was excellent however there was an issue with the power being in and out for a few hours and there were now bonus points given for that not any other incentives for the inconvenience.

Everything was great except for the extended power outage

I like most of the things, but I would improve something’s do get even better. The pool was amazing. Great bed

The breakfast could have more fruit. The room has a little bit of light, i would improve with one more light. Could have a remote for the air conditioner.

No place to enjoy your morning coffee with a cigarette 1 place available for smoker is by the pool and this one is open 9am. Take a coffee and seat at the outside. And enjoy the traffic and the street trash. good morning New Orleans lol

Location near everything but not a really safe area. In defense.. in New Orleans one block can feel safe and the next do

Very expensive for an average property. It is a nasty town and over priced hotel.

No real security. Homeless drug addicts were allowed in and were riding up and down the elevator.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage und sehr sauber

Alles ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein schön eingerichtetes, wirklich großes Zimmer. Das Bad ist auch ausreichend groß und mit tollen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch, aber mit täglicher Abwechslung. Es gibt Bratkartoffeln, Ei oder Omlette, Waffeln usw. Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Man kann rundherum kostenlos parken und zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten auf der Bourbon Street, oder am Mississippi/ Streetcar Station. Gleich in der nächsten Straße gibt es Lokale und einen Grocery Store. Wer Hot Dogs mag, sollte unbedingt zu „DatsDog“ gehen.

Alles war toll.

Perfekte Lage

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Gratisparkplätze in den Seitenstrassen. Gutes Frühstück. Da es neu eröffnet wurde im 2024 ist noch alles relativ sauber.

Would recommend staying at that hotel to anybody, friends, family, etc.!!

The great hospitality, and the easiness of getting fresh towels, and the amazing breakfast complementary!!.. The staff greeted us every morning made us feel at home offered suggestions and what to do places to eat for my first time in New Orleans

I didn’t like that we had to leave after four days and couldn’t stay longer but that’s not your fault!!

Good location!

The location was great for our needs this trip. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and would consider booking in the future, The free breakfast was good and they tried to change up the selection daily.

The front desk staff when we arrived was not the friendliest person and could use some customer service training!

Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt, aber Augen auf bei der Zimmervergabe und Schlussrechnung.

Sehr sauber, geräumige Zimmer, bequeme Betten.

Beim Empfang wollte man uns die bestätigten Zimmer mit Balkon zunächst nicht geben, da angeblich ausgebucht. Letztendlich waren die Zimmer dann so wie gebucht. Beim Check-out wurden dann unberechtigt 2 zweimal Upgrade Gebühren (190 USD) berechnet, die aber rückerstattet wurden.

We were comfortable and the staff were awesome.

The staff was so nice. They checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and that we had what we needed. They were very responsive to our needs. I appreciated there was an ample amount of storage and the fridge was very cold. The AC was nice & cold. Overall it was a great stay.

The pillows suck. They flatten out immediately.

I love NOLA and this place gave me all the comforts of home!

The location of this hotel to the French Quarter is perfect. You are not in the middle of it so you can have some quiet at night. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was super awesome they opened communication via text right away and answered whenever we texted them with questions or requests. The continental breakfast was convenient and made it so you could eat then go prepare for a day of exploring.

Location is wonderful!

Location was great! Enjoyed the balcony. The staff were very helpful regarding near by restaurant locations. It is nice having a microwave and a refrigerator. Ice machine nearby is a plus in my book!

Water pressure in shower not good. Pillows could have been better.

We would most definitely stay again; I would recommend the hotel staff checking the water pressure adequacy though.

The property was in a great location with restaurants / shopping within 5-10 minutes walking distance. It was not nearly as busy as other places we have stayed before so we loved that. The hotel was very clean, a great staff, and the room was very comfortable.

The ONLY complaint that we had during our stay was the water pressure during showers. Our water pressure was very low during our stay and would almost completely cut off during the middle of a shower. This happened 2-3 times throughout a 5 minute shower. We stayed on the top floor and there was multiple construction sites next door so that could have had something to do with the water pressure, but it was unfortunate to have that little water pressure at such a nice place.

Nice Hotel in a nice location!

Breakfast was good! The location was good and close to everything.

Upon checking inn there was no one at the counter for a few minutes. When she returned she was looking for something in the office and took a few minutes to get to me. Then I was told I would have to pay $40 for parking... I must have missed that while booking this hotel.

Excellent accommodation- highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. We couldn’t fault anything - excellent staff, immaculately clean, great choices for breakfast that was provided, great location - close Frenchman Street with plenty of jazz bars. The free washing machine and dryer were an extra bonus for us. Don’t be put off by any comments about homeless people because you will see them regardless of where you stay in or around the French Quarter. We found them to harmless. So thankful we cancelled a booking on Canal Street and went with this option. Thanks for a wonderful stay Hampton Inn .

Great

The staff is so nice and helpful. I loved the Valet parking. Ms. Andrea at the v front desk was fantastic. I was lost and called her and she talked me to the hotel. She came out front and made sure I found it. Daniel, the valet, unloaded my car and helped me to my room. I felt very safe. I will stay here again.
