Excelente service very nice and professional. Location also great.
Beds were rock-hard. Very uncomfortable...also no fan. No restaurant. Rooms too small.
4.5
The room was very clean and modern.
There was no air conditioning and the one door out to our balcony was right next to our next door neighbors window.. which we heard them talking/singing/playing music. Wish we knew there was no A/C but that was our fault.

The rooms are lovely, a good size, extremely comfortable beds, great shower, good supply of towels, two basins. The temperature always seems to be just right although I didn't see any aircon or heating; perhaps not needed. The pool was not crowded and although not large, was fine for swimming a few lengths. There was plenty of room to park and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The building is modern and nicely designed. Great view from the roof.
Mostly everything was great, just some small inconveniences: the pods for the coffee machines didn't fit the machines and fell through, we had to ask for different ones. The pool furniture seemed lacking (not sure if the plastic covered rectangles by the pool were for people to lie down on or what, it wasn't clear and they didn't look or feel comfortable. To date there's no restaurant or bar although I believe they are planning this for the future (and hopefully a rooftop bar to take advantage of the view!). Some people may object to the shower and toilet walls being glass and completely transparent; there's a curtain between bathroom and bedroom area but it seemed a little stuck when I tried to pull it over. The bathroom design is nice but it maybe an idea to make the lower part of the glass walls opaque for a little more privacy when using the bathroom facilities.

- Great design around the hotel, pool, rooms.
- Location in the centre and a few minutes away from the archeological site.
- Friendly helpful staff.
- Decent variety at the breakfast.
- Nice pool when not crowded.
- The pool is relatively small. It hasn't been crowded, but if it could easily feel so if more than 4 people were there.

No restaurant

The bed was very soft and the jacuzzi was great.
A little expensive considering their is no air conditioning so the nights were hot but other than that everything was good.

New hotel, with an exquisite combination of the old structure with modern design. Best location in town, very comfortable rooms, need to share that restrooms do not have doors but a curtain and we had 3 minors in one room so might be bit uncomfortable when there are more than a couple, there was not an issue for us. The only down size to the hotel is that there is no AC as most places in the area, but they did not even had fans and the weather outside was hoy and the rooms were warm at night…other that this, the hotel to stay in this area.
I did included on the previous question….read above

Hotel Tila is an upscale hotel in a great location for the Cholula archaeological site. Very welcoming staff. The room was quiet, very comfortable and extremely clean. Across from the hotel there is a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner place. There is a nightly jazz bar above the restaurant, very cool.

Beautiful and well designed architecture, excellent service from motivated staff. Great location, parking inside, good hot water, great view from the rooftop.
No restaurant, no bar yet (coming soon?). Mattresses were rather hard.

staff was great. the aesthetics is super cool.
They're not done creating the facility - still no restaurant/bar and that was a little inconvenient. It'll be great once that's done.
