Comfy beds, amazing AC that kept us all cold , Comfy couches, and new appliances. Easy in and out. The size of the space was phenomenal.
The trundle bed under the bunk bed was dirty and looked like the linens hadnt been changed, so we were down a bed and someone had to sleep on the couch . Looked like a child had slept on it and had spots all over it that were disgusting. Toilet in the main bedroom was messed up. We had to move the handle for it to finish flushing because it got stuck. It TOOK FOREVER for the water in the kitchen sink to get hot. Also there are fabric shower curtains that get gross when they get wet.

One of the problems were the neighbors smoked weed so the entire building reeked of it. This is a smoke free unit. Our daughter’s asthma was aggravated by it and the entire family had headaches and was nauseated from it. The next problem was both shower/tub units had no stoppers so you couldn’t take a bath. But the water was so cold you really didn’t want to stay in there. Also, we had to go buy a blow dryer because the unit didn’t have one. Last complaint, when paying for the unit you have your daily fee, pet fee and cleaning fee. By agreeing to pay these amounts you expect to have a nice, clean area upon arrival. This really isn’t the case. We found other people’s personal belongings on the floor where the floor would have normally been swept and mopped. Also the furniture had dust like no one had been there. When checking out it’s the renters responsibility to strip the sheets from the beds, bring all linens, towels, etc to the laundry to start a wash. This made me wonder if this is all I pay that expensive cleaning fee for. For me to start the wash and then to finish.
I was disappointed in my stay for the price I paid. I’ve rented another place from this same area and did the same thing but didn’t have these problems. If the renter has to clean before and after they leave, and doesn’t get paid but pays someone else to do the job, is it really a vacation?

Everything was very nice. I did go buy a small vacuum as the condo did not have one, and we had a dog with us and 2 kids there was a broom but the dust pan was slightly broke and let's be real who wants to sweep a whole condo. I would also upgrade the utensils for cooking. The spatula was very cheap and could barely flip the hamburgers. The parking is slightly messy when busy as the parking spaces are not numbered for each condo, so one of the nights we had to park a few condos down which is not an issue unless you have to carry alot of things in or have elderly or disabled folks with you. There's an area outside where you can walk your animals with dog bags to clean up after your pet. Sadly, there were still piles everywhere, no fault of the condo owner, just irresponsible pet owners. A picnic table and a BBQ pit were also within eye sight of the condo. The hill to get in and out of the complex is very steep. Thankfully, we had great weather, but I could see that being an issue if it snowed. The gal, whose number is left if you needed anything, was very prompt in responding. Overall, our experience was great, and I'd come back or suggest this location to others.
No vacuum
Utensils were extremely cheap and flimsy
