Patio ,bluetooth radio,comfy bed,easy check inn,good host 10 min walk to town

Room bit cramped ! 2 nice rocking chairs but they take up a lot of room beware no tv but that didnt bother us street parking outside is mainly for permit holders

Enjoyable stay in a nice seaside town.

The property was in a good location for access to exmouth town and sea front, with nearby amenities. The property also had private access which meant nobody was disturbed if going out early or coming back later. Having an adjoining bathroom was also a positive.

The decor and facilities were dated, however, clean and functional so was more than useable. The fact that the garden was shared was disappointing, as it meant we couldn’t relax with the doors open as much as we would like.

A small but very pleasant and convenient room and excellent value

It was in a very good location and very convenient. It was slightly on the small side and the garden was less of a garden and more of a terrace but we had expected most of that. We did not miss the TV! Overall was very good and excellent value.

We could not get the clock radio to work at all, not even the time, which meant that we had to rely on our phones - which I am sure most others would be fine with but we like to see the time and for it to wake us up. And listen to the radio.

Great room good night had by all.

No breakfast included.

Could have had a to in the room, apart from that it was well worth the money. No noise from the road or other property users, comfy mattress, great nights sleep with no interruptions. Would definitely book the garden room again.

Lovely comfy room within walking distance of town center

Location was perfect, 12 min walk to town center. Very clean, everything I needed for a few days stay. Would definately return.

Good location, comfy, quiet and clean. would tecommend and visit again.

comfortable, quiet and secure. Great communication from Steve about check in. Location was great, town and beach close by. No specified parking but I found a parking space on the road each time I needed it. Loved the artwork, especially the fish in the bathroom. Great selection of teas and coffees and plenty available.

Cosy and blissful, we throughly enjoyed it.

It’s a very homely, and beautifully decorated room, it’s clean and pristine. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s private, with a secure garden. It’s walking distance to the town centre and beach. 10/10, we look forward to booking this place again.

There wasn’t anything I disliked, It was clean, fresh, in a quite area, and well worth the money. The bathroom’s beautiful, you can turn the heating on, as the room has it own heater, there’s a kettle, cups, milk, and not just your standard three sachets. it’s a great stay

A water glass in the room would of been useful/nice as I have to take medication at night.
