The pool is new and clean, although you have to wear a swimming hat (that you have to buy from their bar for 3 euros each), you can’t use balls or floats and has a schedule, so you can’t use it anytime.
Alex from reception and Andra from the bar, the only staff we could speak English and were great to us.
The entertainment would be great if you could understand what they are saying because is 100% in Italian.
Football pitch was good, my son had a great time.
Plain tomato sauce pasta option for most of the meals as it was the only thing kids ate.
I hate to do this as I prefer not to leave a review that to leave a bad one but I hope this will help someone else. Dated and dirty, the room cleaning bad, we stayed 7 nights and the floor was always dirty and you go in bed with sand and dirt, cleaners don’t leave toilet rolls if finished. All corners of the rooms full of dirt, the bathroom fan is so loud you can’t hear anything around you. All week we had the feeling we couldn’t wait to leave because it felt dirty all the time.
Food terrible, 4 days we went outside the resort to eat so we spent a lot of money although we paid for all inclusive. Hot food only 4 options and sometimes pizza (only margherita) and for the hot option the food is not kept warm so you eat it cold. Pork steaks or chicken thin as a paper, dry and hard to chew. Lot of sea food options out of the 4, that are not for everyone’s taste. We tried but couldn’t eat it. Vegetables bad quality, almost green tomatoes, sour cucumbers, lettuce reused probably as it was yellow at the bottom. Only once a great local mozzarella, also when I could only have for dinner mozzarella and cucumbers. Breakfast was the only time when we could have something good to eat. The staff in the restaurant unhappy and probably overworked as you couldn’t get a smile or if you want more of something you are never asked you have to ask as they turn their head and anyway again nobody speaks English. I could go on a lot but it’s the worst resort experience in my life and I traveled in lots of countries.
The beaches are beautiful but the water is soo dirty, the sports one where we went first is full of plastic, wood and lots of things floating, I don’t understand why the resort is not cleaning it with a net, it’s disgusting, we went in for less than 30 minutes and could barely take out bits of wood and plastic form hair. We went 2 times to try and use the water sports options but no one was there so never used it during the stay.
