Stayed for a long weekend with a group of friends for a golf getaway. Absolutely perfect property to host a large group.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The place was very clean, and nicely set up! Would definitely love to stay there again!
One thing I would recommend to anyone coming here in the winter is to have a 4x4 vehicle.

The Brookman is a delightful place for a long weekend family gathering. It's a great house for a large group, especially one who enjoys cooking together. The kitchen opens up into the fabulous dining room, so a large group can easily be together. The bedrooms are comfortable and afford everyone plenty of privacy. The host is very responsive. My niece had to take an online exam the morning we were leaving, and so the host generously extended the departure time for her even though the house was rented out for later in the day and the housekeeping team was working to get things ready for the next guests. By-the-by, the house was spotless. And the views are gorgeous. We highly recommend the Brookman.

We held a team offsite and really enjoyed this large and calming property. Attention even to small details. Thank you!

Three generations of our family met here for a Thanksgiving weekend. The facility is great. Spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. The adults enjoyed the separate seating areas and the large dining room table that had room for all of us. Teenagers had video games, pool and foosball. The pre-schoolers had room to play and a daily visit to the huge walk-inj shower. All of us explored the fields and woods. The surprise snow locked us on the property for a while and we built a snowman.

Experience was great. Just room description on site was a bit deceiving. It really isn’t a true 8 bedroom. Overall everything was great. Thank you for a lovely experience. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved the Brookman! The listing and photos were accurate and in some cases did not even do it justice! We hosted an intimate wedding at the property and it was amazing! I would highly recommend visiting and we look forward to making this an annual visit with family and friends to celebrate our anniversary and the fall season!

We celebrated our wedding at the Brookman and we couldn’t have imagined a better location. All 15 people stayed onsite and it was perfect. Thank you for the great stay!

We had a small family wedding here. The property is lovely and the house absolutely beautiful. The developers are still making some finishing touches, but overall we were thrilled -- the settings and the furnishings were terrific, and the housekeepers do a great job keeping such a large house clean. The only reason I have not given five stars is communication. We were told before booking that the barn was 99% likely to be fully renovated and available for us to use, but when we stayed two weeks ago it was still a visible construction site in front of the property, both not usable and an eyesore. Recognizing this, the owners did allow us an early check in and late check out -- this did not solve the problem, but we appreciated it. Otherwise, we had a five-star experience.

This home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, lacking for nothing. The interior is stunning, furnishings tasteful and comfortable. The view from the deck is magnificent.
The managers were quite responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Just came back from a 3 night stay at the Brookman and couldn't wait to leave a review! This place is nothing short of amazing for our group of 20+ people (ranging from 3yo to 70 yo). The house was modern, yet so so charming. We had an artist in the house that found so many vibrant inspirations for oil painting on-site. The house is designed so that sun light floods virtually every single room - so airy and bright. The view from the back patio is heaven. We sat on the back patio to drink our morning coffee, we played badminton and volleyball in the afternoon, and took early evening strolls around the large property. Every single space in the house is so well thought out, with no shortage of bean bags and chairs and couches throughout. The owner of this house did not skimp out with typical airbnb ikea furniture...you could tell everything was Restoration Hardware style quality stuff from the furniture to the towels....everything was made to make our stay feel luxurious and impeccable, and for a price that is so reasonable!
The owner and the property manager was accommodating and helpful - check in and check out process was seamless ad communication was open and prompt. The welcome basket and fresh flowers throughout the house was that extra special touch of hospitality that did not go unnoticed. We love that the owner really takes pride in this place and that's evident with every little detail throughout the house.
Although we were perfectly happy at the house with plenty to do, we did spend a day at Jiminy Creek for Apline Sliding and Coaster Rides, and another day at a nearby lake for patoon boat sailing. This is an area in the with plenty of outdoorsy things to keep our family of 20+ occupied.
Love this place and everyone in our family did too. Would totally rent this place again for our annual family gatherig.

16 of us enjoyed a beautiful week at The Brookman. We cooked, worked, hiked and lounged. We had to do some juggling for the right bed CBI figurations but everything was super comfortable. Well outfitted kitchen! Lots of space for those who like to stay up late and those who rise early.
Daniel and Shayna were great to work with!
We’ll be back

Our party of 20 (8 adults, 12 kids/teens) had a wonderful 5 night stay. The house is amazing - spacious layout with tons of room - 2 living areas, 2 eating areas, large kitchen and huge dining table. We had a large group & never felt cramped or on top of each other. The library (great TV for Olympics viewing) and game room were great for the kids - board games, foosball, ping pong, pool, VR and video games. The huge deck was great for morning coffee and evening wine, w/tons of furniture to lounge on. The yard off the deck is huge and we literally used every game provided - volleyball, badminton, crouquet, kickball. Evenings included nightly fires in the fire pit and s'mores. Extra nice touches were the fresh flowers, welcome basket, lots of towels, 2 washers & dryers w/supplies provided.

This is an amazing property in an amazing location. Set in the green hills with a view of Mt. Greylock from our bedroom window, you couldn't ask for a more scenic location. The roomy building is amazing also, fulfilling all our needs for our short stay.

Place is amazing! The pics don’t do it justice, inside and out. The owner/manager were very nice and would always have a timely response. Lots of room and things to do. We even saw a bear! Highly recommend especially at a fair price!

My friends and I (seven people total) enjoyed a fabulous time at the Brookman. Can't beat the setting (we enjoyed views from the deck of everything from thunderstorms, to bluebirds flitting across the lawn, to the full moon rising above the war memorial on Mt. Greylock), and the house is spacious and well equipped. Extra touches like amazing flower arrangements and a generous welcome basket were top-drawer, as well.

We had a wonderful stay at The Brookman as one of the first set of guests to stay at this new listing in the Berkshires. The house and property are beautiful, quiet and well-appointed. Jesse, the property manager, was excellent and very quick to help with a few questions that we had.
The kids & teens loved the game room playing PS4, Oculus and Ms.PAC Man which were ideal on a few rainy days. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax both indoors and out. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and the long table and benches afforded eating together, games and conversation. We would definitely stay again and Daniel has done a wonderful job on this house. Thanks again!
