Each offering three comfortable bedrooms, the properties are well equipped to accommodate 12 guests. Holt is a popular town on the North Norfolk map. Seek out its Georgian charm and character, art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques, food shops offering the best of local produce, café’s, pubs and restaurants, you will not be disappointed. Size: Sleeps up to 6, 3 bedrooms in both properties. Nearest shop: 0.3 miles. Nearest pub: 0.2 miles. Pets: One well behaved dog welcome in each property. Smoking: Not allowed at this property. Rooms: x3 bedrooms, x3 ensuites, utility room, open plan living/dining room, kitchen. - x3 bedrooms, x2 ensuites, utility room, family bathroom, open plan living/dining room, kitchen. Beds: x2 superking zip and link that can be singles on request, 1 twin room. - x2 Double beds, superking zip and link that can be singles on request. Luxuries: Wifi, Smart TV, Krups coffee machine. General: Gas central heating. Utilities: Induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Standard: Toaster, iron, microwave. Other: Linen and towels provided. Outdoors: no outside space. Parking: Two spaces for a small car outside the property. The vehicle must be inside the yellow lines. Plus one allocated space in a car park one minute walk away. Notes: Mobile reception – good. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Pets information: Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only.
