This cozy room is located 20 miles away from the Grand Canyon National Park in a mobile home park 3 minutes down a gravel road. Let the worries of the world slip away while you prepare for your Grand Canyon adventure with 2 plush queen-size beds that sleep 2, a smart TV with WiFi, a microwave, and a mini fridge. Only minutes away from a gas station and restaurants.
The Space:
Access will include two separate bedrooms, two private bathrooms, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and smart TV. Due to our remoteness, our night skies offer world-class stargazing. This location is superb for getting the most out of your Grand Canyon experience, being right in the middle of the action of the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, and the Sky Walk.
Guest Access:
2 car parking area. Please come and go as you wish. The front door is a smart lock and need a 4 digit code to get in, guest will receive code once they book the room. There is also a gazebo and BBQ grills that guest have access to.
The Neighborhood:
You will be close to all the action, but in an incredibly relaxing and private escape. Just a 20-minute drive from the Grand Canyon National Park means you can arrive in time to see the sunrise or sunset. We also recommend checking out other nearby attractions, including: Bearizona in Williams or Downtown Flagstaff.
The area you are in is 1 mile down a gravel road in a rural area. There are other houses and campers in the area, as well as street lights and security cameras.
Getting Around:
There is an airport and a park shuttle service in Tusayan, AZ, 20 miles away. Uber and Lyft are offered inside Grand Canyon National Park.
Other Things to Note:
The location is in between the city of Williams, AZ, and the Grand Canyon South Rim. Although we use Williams’ zip code and city name in our address, our location is not inside the city of Williams, but it is 30 miles away from it. Please check the address with your GPS before driving to the location. From Highway 64 you will turn down a DIRT road called East Woodland Ranch Road. During winter months, it does snow, but most of the time the road is still drivable, even in cars. It’s located inside a mobile home park that has streetlights and is fenced in, but the area around the mobile home park is desolate and old. However, with it being so isolated, star gazing is highly recommended while you stay with us. There is a gas station 5 miles from the location that sells small amounts of produce and snacks. We do not have kitchens, but we suggest bringing food with you because there aren’t many options nearby besides the gas station and small restaurant 5 miles away from the property. We have charcoal BBQ pits, gazebos, and picnic tables around the property for guests to use. If there are any problems with the room, please message me through the booking platform, as it’s the fastest way to receive a response. Please be courteous to people who live and are traveling the area like yourself. For winter months we have a space heater located under the sink cabinet.
Interaction with Guests:
We take your comfort very seriously, so let us know if there are any issues. We have people who live on site or close to it, to help the guest in any way.

A “retreat” is not at the end of an un paved very bumpy one mile long road in the middle of nowhere! The unit is obviously old and in poor condition both inside and outside. The living room was converted to a “second” bedroom resulting into a very cramped space.
Cleaning was done hastily and vacuuming under the bed has not been done in quite a while.
I have had a much better experience at some Motel 6 for half the price!
I will not recommend this place to anyone!

My fiancé and I booked this stay for our Grand Canyon trip and it was absolutely perfect! It's only 25-30 minutes from the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance! There is not much around the area which was amazing! We were looking for a little more authentic Northern Arizona stay outside of a city feel and this was perfect! The scenery is beyond beautiful and the stars at night were mesmerizing! The house was the perfect size for us as we spent most of our days exploring Arizona. It was so comfy! There is a smart TV so we got to watch Netflix every night before bed. It was perfect! The AC works like a charm too! Definitely worth every penny!

Booked for 2 nights. Night 1 arrived around 9pm. We all wanted a hot shower and a comfy bed. While the shower was hot we did not have enough towels. We messaged as requested towels for 4, weeks in advanced. We promptly messaged and asked for another towel set. We were told housekeeping was coming soon....when you walk into a bathroom at any rental you turn on the light, right? Well the light and fan combo didn't work. In a bathroom with no window and being dark outside, this made it a huge challenge. We were told someone was coming. Climb into bed to noticed mysterious white stains on the comforter. We also asked for a clean comforter. We waited up until 10:30.....housekeeping never showed. The bed...was so uncomfortable it made for a very long night. The pillows were so thin 3 didnt make up what 1 should've. When we tried to conact the company the next day we failed to get a response. We went and visited the Grand Canyon for the day. When we returned we found 2 blankets on the bathroom sink. Light/fan still not working. Towels not left. And no response from management. When I called to speak with VRBO I ultimately got transfered to speak with who we think was the owner. He did nothing to resolve the concerns we had. Ultimately we left the property a night early due to being so uncomfortable. We highly recommend you NOT stay here.

This property was listed as a tiny house. It is actually 1/2 of an aging single wide trailer. The shower was the size of a cruise ship shower. The Kuerig type coffee maker did not work. The flooring was old ad teh decor was lacking. There were holes and deterioration on the exterior of the trailer.
The fees for the stay were really high making the nightly cost comparable to a much better property.
The good news is that the location is only about 20 minutes to the park entrance.

Clean place at a fair price for the area but docking 2 stars for the beds. They were very uncomfortable and need replaced. Both were caving in the middle so you roll into eachother and ours you could feel the springs diging into our backs. PLEASE replace your mattresses!
Otherwise it was a great place. Easy checkin process, quiet area and close to the Grand Canyon.

Overall it was a great stay!

The property consists of two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is no seating within the unit which "forced" us outside. That was lovely! We cooked and ate outdoors on the picnic table that was provided and really enjoyed the camping aspect of staying there.

Our accommodations were clean and neat. It is a short drive to the Grand Canyon, and it is was quiet. It definitely gave you a feel for the area.

Nice place! Pay attention to the directions the host sends…it’s a few miles down a VERY rough dirt road. Once there, though, it was just as described!
