Our family of 4 had a great stay at this home in Livingston. The house was clean, well supplied and the owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. The town of Livingston is very cute and has some really good restaurants - all went smoothly during our trip!

Very clean and comfortable. Three bathrooms was a bonus.

The house was beautiful inside and out, outside entertainment was enjoyable, and although being just outside of town the community was quiet and inviting.
We would definitely stay here again on another visit.

Beautiful home with amazing 360-degree views!!! The Montana sky gave us an amazing start show every night and on our next to last night at this wonderful property, we even saw a meteor fall out of the sky!!!

Our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teens) plus 4 teenage friends stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. It was a short drive to the town of Livingston, and only took us about one hour to get to the north gate entrance of Yellowstone. We also felt like it was close enough to other local hikes and drives if we didn't feel like going all the way to Yellowstone. The home was big enough to suit all of us even though there were 2 of us plus our 2 kids and their 4 friends, ages 16 - 20. We used the grill and the fire pit, and there was plenty of space in the yard for the boys to play bocce ball and lawn jenga. And my favorite part - everything was CLEAN!!! We would definitely stay again.
