Need to upkeep and maintaining the property

The swimming pool

The cleanliness. The floor & sofa are dirty. The washing machine look dirty and broken down. A pair of eyelashes was found sticking on the floor. The shower tap for both bathroom are broken too. The power supply after slot in the tap-key is not stable, have to try a few times after it tripped.

Lokasi yang strategik tetapi penginapan yang disediakan tidak sama seperti di dalam gambar.

Lokasi penginapan strategik dan berdekatan dengan tempat popular di sekitar melaka. Penginapan juga selesa dan sejuk serta kolam renang yang best. Kemudahan seperti, oven, senduk, mesin basuh, water purifier semua lengkap dan dalam keadaan yang baik.

Bilik yang di tempah tidak sama seperti di dalam gambar. Banyak kemudahan di dalam bangunan perlu dibayar ataupon ditempah dahulu sebelum digunakan. Penghawa dingin tidak berapa sejuk serta wifi juga tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Sofa serta meja makan semuanya hampir rosak sewaktu tiba di lokasi.

We spend RM 2K for staying 2 nights and what we get are very bad mattress with mildew in the toilet. I am not recommende

Only the swimming pool suitable for kids

The room mattress were very bad, can feel the spring when sleep, and there got a lot dust in the room too. Toilet not clean enough and there got mildew at the toilet seat cover. Is very disgusting.

Wonderful stay and near to City Centre

My niece and nephews love the house. They enjoy the pool and arcade in the house. Nice deco, clean and comfortable house for my big family. The best part is the nice seaview.

Nice stay for big families in Malacca. Near to jonker and klebang which has many food.

Clean rooms, very nice. The owners text us the details even though it was a last minute stay.

A little confuse on the map location. other than that, it was a great stay.

The worse experience I had in this Homestay. I haven’t check out and was out of the house, by the time I’m back the cleaners clean up the house and took over all my things. When I try to reach the owner couldn’t get, finally the owner called me back and after 1 hour waited they brought back my things and I never been thru this before in my lifetime, moreover I have paid deposit which they can use for deduction for late check out but then didn’t inform anything to us

-deco -cleanliness -2 bedroom(each room got 2 double bed) -got console game n netflix -lot of parking -host superb -elevator easy to access no need to que for so long -big unit.comfortable. -nice guard.it take me around 2-3 minutes to check in with the guards -nice view from the unit.

-person incharge at the pool said no cotton cloth allowed, but i saw theres few people inside wear cotton cloth. kinda sad. when me n my family pass by there is 3 indians wearing shirt and one of them wearing silk shirt. which is prohibited in the pool area told by the pic to us yet they easily enter the pool area.

1. It is big enough and comfy, we spent 1 night here and enjoyed it. 2. Strategic location, there are a lot of restaurants nearby our homestay. 3. Friendly host, able to respond fast when we are having problems during check in.

Everything is ok, but still need to improve on cleanliness, especially the living room & dining chairs.

If u book here don't worry about anything .it will fulfill all your needs .I'm a travel person . I've traveled a lot and stay in so many hotels homestays apartments but this is something else so comfortable .The owner super friendly and so adjustable👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥰

Nice Short Stay in Melaka

The property is a new property and easy to walk to some of the attractions. With the Covid pandemic just over, many businesses /shops are still picking up - not the usual hustle and bustle as before the pandemic.
