Reviewer Comments:
My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this Falmouth Heights home. The location as perfect ... right across from Ferry, close to beaches/walking area and walking distance to grocery stores. Although it was across Ferry landing the home was very private and secure, especially in backyard. Home was very clean and well appointed (bring your own towels and linens however). It was the perfect rental for a wonderful three week vacation on the Cape.

Wonderful time with big family! Family is originally from Falmouth- and for years we've rented on the Moors - this was a change and we so happy with the new house! The location was absolutely amazing. The porch is super deep and held our crew along with local family! Watching the Island Q come in and out was a treat for old and young! Walking to the beach (cut through back yard) was easy and on quite road. My 1 son slept in basement with his friend (stranger things on Hulu via big TV) my daughters in the downstairs bedroom (3singles) my in-laws in the two queens downstairs (their own bath) all fantastic!

Large family, 10 adults, 1 child (1yr 6 mos)
House was perfect size, pool and patio allowed relaxation before and after exploring Cape and Islands
Found good am solution for coffee drinkers, not particular about taste, went each am for "Box of Jo" at DD, able to satisfy everyone in am for wake up caffeine
Enjoyed convenience of Ferries to Oak Bluffs, both Island Queen and Patriot on other side of harbor as well as Falmouth-Edgartown ferry
Close to Falmouth as well as convenient shopping for supplies
All in all very nice week

Nice house, great location, walk to beach, close to market. Needed a bigger coffee pot (bought one) and additional cookware. The pool was not functioning at 100%. The front porch is great to sit and read..

Great location, pool was awesome but did need some extra visits from the pool company, Falmouth Heights Beach was a short easy walk and the view from the porch of the harbour kept the kids entertained. Could use some maintenance but the pros far exceeded the cons,

Adam, the property manager, was amazing. I texted with some questions and he got back to me instantaneously. I would rent it again.

We had a wonderful family vacation. This house has a great floor plan to accommodate a large family and the pool and front porch are difference makers. While there are some cleaning and maintenance issues that should be addressed, this is a great rental within walking distance
to beaches ,restaurants and shopping.

The needs major attention. It was not as clean as we have come to expect. Cabinets were dirty and sticky inside and out, stains on the floor, a dirty and moldy washing machine, dirty carpets throughout, mold in some of the showers and stains on most of the upholstery on the furniture throughout the house. There was a large stain from a leak in the ceiling of the master bedroom closet. Throughout the house, there was an assortment of old furniture, many of which were in poor condition. The kitchen table was glass that balanced precariously on top of sculpture below, which was a nightmare to keep from falling off and shattering (not kid-friendly). Two of the three showers in the house were painfully small. And perhaps the worst part was the fact that two of the bedrooms had sky light windows with no blinds. Several of us (including my young kids) had a daily 5:30am wake up time due to the sunlight streaming in. We asked the property manager about having a handy-man cover them for the week, but he stated that no one was available. There were no cleaning products for washing the floor. One small vacuum was from 1970 and although functional, didn't do a great job. The larger vacuum had a bag that was bursting full and smelled so badly, that we immediately turned it off and never used it again. The pool was unclean and didn't smell of chlorine at all--it was serviced and had no chlorine and needed to be "shocked". Randomly, the numbers 1 and 5 didn't work on the microwave. Pots and pans were old and in terrible condition. We also had to pay an extra $400 to rent sheets and towels. The outdoor furniture on the front porch was old and grimy, as were the small modular seats in the back, which had duct tape to cover up damage. We rent throughout the cape every year and this house, by far, was in the worst shape. The house is in a great location and has potential, but needs love and care and investment. It was a major disappointment given the $10K price tag.

The pool was amazing and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to restaurants and the beach. The kids loved watching the Ferry boats come in from the front porch. Very relaxing stay and great space for all ages!

Excellent space, close to beaches and Main Street; having a pool was a game changer for us!
5.0
The house comfortably handled 5 adults and 4 kids. Easy walk to many places (Windfall Market, Starbucks, Black Dog Cafe, Island Queen Ferry, etc.). I am more of a beach guy, but the pool ended up getting used A LOT. Sitting on the front porch in the evening, watching the sunset and enjoying a drink was one of my favorite aspects of the house.
