I’ve stayed there multiple times before and this was the worst stay I’ve had there.

The staff was short and rude. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel with good amenities, though a bit outdated.

The room was very nice with plenty of room and nice amenities.

The floor of the shower was moldy and the gym was so scarce that I couldn't even workout! Had a treadmill and a medium-sized rusty cable machine. There were no freeweights whatsoever! And there was plenty of room for it! Huge let down.

Good location with decent pool and restaurant

The location was close to all the activities in Branson we wanted to attend, even a short walk to the aquarium. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom and the facilities in general need updating.

Great experience for me and my grandchildren.

Breakfast was great, and staff was very friendly

Our coffee maker did not have the basket for the packets. We requested it several times, but never did receive it. We had to request clean, clean towels. They weren’t changed every day.

Our get away

The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 And the bed we wanted to take home it was super comfortable.

Not a fan of the shower, very uncomfortable. But the room was still nice.

Wonderful bed. Excellent value. Pool & hot tub Some of our group got to enjoy beverages in the pub/bat

Restaurant rating was "thumbs" down Just FYI. In room 349. The shower curtain pulled to center - hard to cover the area Result - water in floor.

It was a very enjoyable stay

I liked that they had the coffee shop, restaurant, and bar on site.

The pool was very small and the hot tub was out of order. As big as the hotel is, there are ALOT of people that frequent the pool. Way to small in my opinion

Overall we had a great time but would probably not choose this hotel in the future.

The location was good. Caroline in the lounge was fantastic and made the stay worth it!

The hotel needs to be upgraded. The decor was outdated and the carpet stained. Our toilet was leaking on the floor, the shower had small black mold area, and not enough access to towels or bathroom items if you run out. Housekeeping doesn’t come in until 7am so make sure you ask for anything the day before.

Lackluster but convenient

Lobby space was nice and lended itself to gathering with friends.

Pool was out dated, restaurant was expensive and didn't give good quality or quantity of food for the price. The room was dated, phone had no buttons, shower was dirty pillows were horrible. Lighting was poor and dirty.

The hotel was ok but staffs was great . I would go back again.

The location was great. Close to everything on HW 76. Breakfast was ok but my kids loved the pools.

The hotel has this mexican tacos smell as my husband described it.

The restraunt and Starbucks being in the facility. The price we paid for 3 nights fit the hotel. You definitely get what you pay for.

The hallway smelled horribly of smoke. There were only 4 elevators to our knowledge, and Saturday morning was an awful wait! The breakfast that needed vouchers or we had to pay $13 for was worse than other continental breakfast that I've had. The pool is not big enough for the size of the hotel.

Could hear a lot in my room…. Noises of people talking , knocking on doors, bumps . Like walls super thin. Beds so so. One bed was broken/ sunken in middle or underneath.

Was a nice stay overall, just would liked to have known the restaurant and coffee shop weren’t open during off season.

Felt like I got a huge room for the price.

Outdated & the coffee shop/restaurant is apparently closed in the off season but it’s not reported in the description. One of the reasons I booked was bc I wouldn’t have had to left the property for those things.

Great place to visit, just not during storm season.

Well stocked kitchen, great tub, cozy furniture

There was a vicious storm and power went out for entire facility. Trees were down and there was no emergency lighting, phones or information. Staff was great once we drove to main building.

the hotel room bed was comfortable, bathroom good size, staff very professional and helpful

according to the online info, the restaurant was open...it was not the room was in need of some minor repairs, like paint around windows and some upgrades to the bathroom facilities, we were in 512

Based on the staff and comfy beds, will probably return.

Beds and pillows are wonderful! Staff is so accommodating and friendly!

Rooms could be soundproofed better. tub didn't drain well, only received one complimentary bottled water per person for a 3 day/2 night stay.

Could’ve been better but you get what you pay for

The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi open year round and the price is very reasonable

Not very clean. I traveled with my family. My sister found bed bugs in her pillow cases and had to change rooms twice. The second room wasn’t even cleaned from the previous occupants

Staying in this hotel was the only bad part about our trip.

The staff. The staff were really friendly at this hotel but that is the only thing I liked.

The hotel was under renovation and that was not disclosed. When booking the reservation. The restaurant the bar none of it was open. The entire floor that I was on smell like marijuana. I thought that they had a grow in the two rooms right before our room. There is no services in this hotel. They don't clean your room unless you ask for it. They do not replace your coffee. Again. You have to ask for that at the front desk. The bathroom amenities are terrible. Everything about this hotel is cheap.

They could have told us there was no pool available at this time of booking that was very important to us we would not have booked there if we knew they didn't have a pool

Would stay again, but go out for breakfast

Water pressure and temp great. Room ok. Clean.

Staff spoke real fast.. not unpleasant but not friendly either… acted indifferent… just a job. Very disappointed to pay $14 for a breakfast that would have been free at any other hotel/motel.

Our stay was comfortable and our first at Thousand Hills Hotel, and the price was great!

The size and layout of room was great.

The room could use an update with furnishings as well as the small kitchen area. It was cold during our visit therefor one night we couldn’t get the room above 66* with the heat. So we were cold . This was our fist stay at this hotel. We usually book condo or cabin thru Thousand Hills. While the room was comfortable I doubt we use this as an option in the future.
