Words cannot describe how beautiful this place is! We have travelled the world, and Morin is hands down the most stunning place we have ever stayed. The views are breathtaking, the common areas are gorgeous and you are surrounded by lush nature with sounds of birds and the ocean. It was truely paradise. The staff were incredibly friendly, always had a smile, and the breakfast and restaurant were delicious! We couldn’t wait to wake up in the mornings! We stayed in Mango Treehouse with the most stunning outdoor bathroom, all built around a mango tree. The location is a 5 min walk to Coconut beach, and close to all surfing spots. Recommend hiring a bike and checking out the island - hotel arranged a scooter for us. Honestly we can’t thank Morin enough for an experience of a lifetime!
Nothing!!! That we had to leave!

Breakfast was limited, small, vegetarian and just not what I would compare as that great compared to many of our stays in Bali. Resort was a long way from the village which we wanted to go to on a regular basis as we did'nt really like the food or atmosphere. Villa was extremely basic for the money and we thought being upstairs would have a view and it didnt. You had to sit outside as the windows were on the side of the villa rather than looking out. Even sitting out we were initially provided one tiny chair to share so had to make a complaint to the manager to get more (which she didnt really seem to appreciate). Our villa often smelt of sewerage and the tuk tuk taxis were often struggling to turn around next to us at night so their wheels would spin etc. (Not really that peaceful). The Batik style may have looked "cool" but my wife got splinters in her feet from the floor. We come to Bali a lot and this was the most disappointing place I have ever stayed. I was all "try hard" and no delivery. To be fair the Balinese staff were lovely but the overall manager didn't really want to know when we complained. She seemed more offended than anything.

Tout était parfait de la chambre en passant par la vue, les services, la nourriture, l'emplacement, la piscine et j'en passe.
Un personnel extraordinaire.

Wonderful setting on the water, wonderful food (mostly vegetarian), amazing staff with warm and welcoming feelings at every moment. Lembongan is a beautiful island and Morin is the best hotel there.

Let me start by describing impressions on arrival. We were greeted with a delicious welcome
drink while the paperwork was being done. The hotel setting is really special overlooking the bay. Views from every corner of the hotel are esthetically beautiful. The hotel has a pool with a picturesque panorama on the ocean and Bali mountains. The room, a bungalow with an open window, offering a scenic view and an open-air bathroom with a mango tree inside is quite special. But what is really great about the hotel is the staff. They really do everything to please the guests. One example, we arrived a bit sick from Bali, and the chef cooked something which was not on the menu to suit our needs, preparing the best-in-my life miso soup. Some delicacies from the menu (e.g. smoothies) are really excellent (Good Karma is worth a Michellin star). Good to note that everything on the menu is plant based/vegetarian. It is a really unique place in harmony with the nature, preserving the local legacy and supporting the community. The hotel is in the middle of several nice beaches in a walking distance, and walk path could be challenging for people who are not fit/mobile.
While the accommodation was very esthetic and special, for the price we paid we would have appreciated more modern comfort as such bungalow type accommodation can be found much cheaper elsewhere on the island. No sound isolation, forests friends sneaking into our bungalow in the night, very minimal furniture to organise our belongings, felt a bit exposed in the outdoor bathroom as we could see and hear hotel staff walking so I assume vice-versa.
Breakfast portions are a bit small if you are about to endeavor a full-day activity (one is entitled to 1 item + fruits + coffee), and as customary in many places in Bali, anything is extra charge, even a second a coffee. In Europe or elsewhere, where we paid this price category for the room, a copious breakfast and extras such as coffee were included.
Food: as if is purely plant based and portions are not big, you do want to eat elsewhere and alternate with the hotel’s kitchen.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We would recommend this place with the small caveats mentioned.

This is one of the most spectacular places I’ve stayed. The views and rooms are postcard-worthy. The location is legendary, a fun little bush walk to the beach and town. And the team members are wonderful.
There’s nothing I didn’t like

Lovely setting on a very laid back island. Great team who really care. A pool with an amazing view. The rooms are stunning, with a big balcony overlooking the bay. It is a new hotel so a few minor things still need to be finished - it will only get better. We especially loved the welcome on arrival in the outdoor seating area.
Outside guests are allowed to the pool area which is quite small as it is. Would be be better to restrict this to certain timings.

Breakfast was amazing, one of the nicest we've ever had at a hotel. Location was fantastic, view over the bay, we even saw dolphins from our room.
We are both fit, think others would struggle with all the stairs around the property. The price you pay for the location.

No insulation, no sound proofing, toilet downstairs blocked, no pillow cases downstairs, no fridges on arrival, no furniture downstairs, photos online not reflected in Bookings.com advertising. We believed that we were getting rooms with a view. Overpriced for the rooms we received.
