The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with range style cooker with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining area, a sitting area with Smart TV, a conservatory and a library. The bedrooms consist of a four king-size rooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms, all are serviced by a bathroom, shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a private garden with patio, lawn furniture and barbecue. Within 3.5 miles there is a shop and 2.8 miles a pub. Two-well behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Firs is a great setting for a family getaway to Norfolk. Note: Sofa bed available in library that sleeps 2 more guests. Note: Dogs are not allowed upstairs. Note: There is a wedding venue in the fields behind the property which is licensed until 12am.

We are situated next door to a beautiful Glamping and wedding venue, and unless the site is booked exclusively our guests are free to use their facilities include Cocktail bar, Pizzas restaurant, Fields, double decker vintage bus, mini football pitch, play area. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, as the garden is not enclosed and there is a main road at the bottom of the drive. Note: Dogs are not allowed upstairs. Note: Dogs are never to be left in the property alone. Note: There is a wedding venue in the fields behind the property which is licensed until 12am. Note: No stag or hen parties.

Town: Dereham (also referred to as East Dereham) is a popular market town in central Norfolk that has been around since Saxon times and is conveniently located near the A47. There are a number of great places to visit and shop in Dereham today, including the Bishop Bonner's Cottage Museum and the magnificent St. Nicholas Church, which dates back to the 13th century. The Mid Norfolk Railway, the longest heritage railway in East Anglia, is located on the outskirts of Dereham and offers rides on both steam and diesel trains. Visit the Gressenhall Rural Life Museum just outside Dereham to learn about the history of rural life in Norfolk. North Elmham is home to the ruins of a Saxon cathedral, while Pensthorpe, located just outside of Fakenham, is a birder's paradise and the filming location for BBC Springwatch. Thetford Forest, Sandringham with Sandringham House, the cathedral city of Norwich, and the historic maritime town of King's Lynn are all within easy driving distance from Dereham.
