Terribile

Tutto a portata di mano

Tutto. Struttura totalmente improponibile. Porta d’ingresso della camera che sbatteva, serranda che non si chiudeva, wc che perdeva acqua, prese elettriche inadeguate, niente usb, armadio rotto. In serata è andata pure via la luce e hanno dovuto aprire la camera accanto per risolvere il problema da una centralina. Staff cordiale ma rassegnato all’andazzo

Ωραίο πρωινο με εχτρα χρέωση ωραία πισίνα .

Κάθε πρωί έστρωναν μόνο τα κρεβάτια και τίποτα άλλο … Για να μας αλλάξουν όροφο χρέωσαν εχτρα χρήματα ενώ το δωμάτιο είχε πρόβλημα δεν κλείδωναν οι πόρτες . Ζητήσαμε ανταπτορα για την πρίζα και ζήτησαν 5€ για τον κάθε ένα .χρηζει γενικά ανακαίνιση …

Location of the hotel is exellant near to bars restorants and public transportation Breakfast was good but same every morning Staff was very polite and helpfull Room was clean and have balcony

Stanze sporche e vecchie

Buona la posizione, in zona centrale, anche se nella parte posteriore della strada principale di St. Julian, quindi con affacci isolati e brutti. Personale gentile.

Struttura fatiscente. Stanze sporche e vecchie con presenza di insetti, zanzare, ragni, muffa, polvere accumulata sul divano ed a terra, bagno senza finestra e senza areatore....

Struttura grande con 3 piscine e stanze spaziose.

Ottima struttura super grande e stanze spaziose letti comodi terrazzo grandissimo vista piscina e mare. Pulizia tutti i giorni cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni cambio lenzuola ogni 2 giorni visto che abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti . Il check-out era alle 11:00 ma Lo staff ha avuto la gentilezza di facci lasciare la camera alle 15:30 visto che il catamarano parte alle 18:00 . Il resort si trova a due passi della movida maltese scendendo dal hotel troverete tutto quello che volete se si è siciliani di fronte troverai un bar siciliano ma la colazione in hotel e buonissima troverai davvero tantissime cose . E la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel è ci siamo trovati benissimo quindi sicuramente ci tornerò di nuovo. Ci vediamo presto .

Malta is beautiful all the way, this hotel is ok if you just sleep there and spend the whole day outside, staff is invis

Location was perfect, near few bus stops, restaurants, coffee places..the price is equivalent with what you get..

Bathroom had a dirty bath tub, no slippers, sockets for charging mobile devices etc. are not standard, and adapter for changing the socket type costs around 3,5€, I think hotel should have at least few in every room, it’s 2023. and your guests are probably all tourists…also the last day (next day we were leaving) we didn’t get new towels…

Dirtiest hotel I have ever been in

Good location

Dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The bathroom looked like it was from a frat house. Towels were taken but not replaced when used. Only one outlet worked in my room. The TV didn't work. The lights weren't on for the pool. The gym was closed. No laundry services. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. They didn't have any recommendations for bars or restaurants in the area.

Struttura con posizione ottima per chi ama la vita notturna, a due passi dalle discoteche di paceville e dalla spiaggia. Piscine per momenti di relax.

Colazione scadente e signore delle pulizie che urlano per i piani tutte le mattine per chiamare i clienti dalle stanze.

Da rivedere!

La posizione è veramente invidiabile. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile, ma merita una menzione speciale Omar, un grande!

Sicuramente la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un restyling importante.. L’ingresso dalla strada non è ben augurante! Le camere sono datate, troppo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con un letto, e pur essendosi attivati con celerità, non è stato possibile risolverlo. In bagno la vasca perdeva, la pulizia in generale non è stata sufficiente.

Belle vue, belles piscines, chambre spacieuse, très propre, lit très confortable, le hall d'entrée etait trés beau, le personnel sympathique et professionnel. Le déjeuner copieux. Bon emplacement

L’hygiène dans la salle de bain. Rideau de douche vraiment très sale, hygiène des WC à revoir. Traces de projection de peinture et collant de protection toujours présent autour de la porte.

Bella esperienza

L'empatia di Chiara ed Omar! Sono stati pazzeschi, accoglienza che non si trova da altre parti, sempre con il sorriso, aperti al dialogo, hanno subito soddisfatto le mie necessità. Loro sono il VERO VALORE AGGIUNTO di questo hotel, se non fosse per loro avrei dato 2 stelle. In secondo luogo, letto comodo e terrazzo spazioso con bella vista. Colazione ottima, c'è molta scelta e devo dire anche molto buona.

La pulizia non è delle migliori, anzi.. vasca sporca, tende e muro macchiati, luce esterna non funzionante. Ho fatto la doccia con le ciabatte per paura di prendere i funghi. Ascensore funzionante ma preoccupante, spaventa un po' e spesso ho preso le scale.

The location was in the heart of the nightlife so perfect for young people

The breakfast was pretty poor and cold. The room was pretty small for 3 people and the balcony was only big enough for 1 chair. We had no light on the balcony, despite reporting it every day and the balcony door was hard to open because it had air con pipes cut into it. Some of the amenities advertised did not work including safety deposit boxes. I bought fruit and despite being in a bag and fully edible, it was taken from my room the next day (presumably by the cleaning staff)

Good room for a good price, but the hotel was "dormant" and defenitly no up to speed.

We have been in the Hotel several times before. We had a room with a living room and a bedroom.

We booked long time ahead. Despite this the room we got, was not as booked, and not prepared. After complaning we had a room according to our booking next day. This is inconcivable as the hotel was nearly empty. We didn't like that the firealarm during the last part of our stay went off multiple times, including at 4 am for more than half an hour.
