The place was great, as advertised. Very convenient location.

We choose Asheville as our family’s meeting spot to celebrate the holiday. This townhouse was perfect for us. The unit itself was well appointed, parking for 2 vehicles (1 garaged and 1 dedicated spot ) and an elevator . No issues with host communication , was attentive. (The Christmas tree was even left up for us!)
Plenty of places are within walking distance (from 10-20 minutes). One of our favorites was the Board Game Cafe.
We would definitely stay again when visiting Asheville!

House was exactly as described. Very comfortable for our 6 member family. Kitchen included everything needed for cooking. Located literally blocks away from Breweries and restaurants.
We highly recommend this house and host!

This was our first time in Asheville and the location of the townhouse was perfect! Easy walk to many locations and a short drive to others. The home was very clean and well appointed. Thank you for sharing this great home with us!

We really enjoyed our stay in Asheville in this lovely modern condo with elevator and walkable to downtown! Highly recommend this property for a great Asheville stay!

We attended a show at Rabbit Rabbit, a short walk up the hill (basically line of sight). Very walkable to downtown, well under a mile. Most of the restaurants and breweries we went to were within a half mile. Numerous greenway trails were within a five minute car ride. Unit was well equipped with kitchen items, parking (one garage and one immediately next to the garage) was super convenient, and access in and out from the highway was super easy. Host communication was excellent. Only one of the three bedrooms has an ensuite, but the bathrooms are immediately adjacent to the other two bedrooms. There is a large tv in the lower kitchen/den floor and another tv on the top floor, but none in the bedrooms (we didn't come to Asheville to sit inside and watch tv though). Nice rooftop outdoor sitting area as well, and a comfy lounge just inside the rooftop patio. Would definitely come back for a future stay.

This condo was amazing! We had plenty of space for all 6 of us and the location was really convenient for being near all our activities. The parking and elevator were a real nice addition!

If you like breweries there are several literally across the street. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Beer at Burial Brewery was our favorite. Overall favorite was Wicked Weed Brewery, which was about a 0.5 mile walk. No Uber required. Bears Smokehouse BBQ is a must. The house was very clean and well stocked with coffee and kitchen supplies, towels, and toiletries. Host was very responsive to messages I posted through VRBO.

This location was fantastic, close walk to downtown and breweries but also private and safe. The apartment was spacious and super clean. We could not have asked for a better place!

Perfect location, clean, and great amenities. My friends and I were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with our stay here!

All of us really enjoyed ourselves. The beds were very comfortable and was a relaxing environment. The parking was a bit snug but I understand that is something that the owner cannot help. It only suggestion would be to try and have an extra blanket for each room for cooler nights. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

I stayed here with my husband and adult children for the Easter weekend. We had plenty of room and the kitchen had everything you could have needed!

This townhouse was great for our group of 5 girls on a weekend getaway. It’s a very close walk to Burial brewing and many other top tier Asheville spots. The layout of the place was great for not feeling like we were all sleeping or getting ready on top of each other. Will definitely book again.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room to spread out with everyone getting own bedroom and bathroom, even a garage for my vehicle. Close to Biltmore and downtown Ashville. Make sure to check out Mexican restaurant across the street, its one of the best Mexican we've ever had.

Great place, many walkable places to eat and drink. Stayed for a long weekend, loved the separation of the floors, and plenty of spaces.

Perfect for three couples visiting Asheville for a wedding weekend. Property was clean, new, and as advertised. Location was great as it was a short walk to all restaurants and breweries. Definitely recommend staying here!

Super conveniently located place right next to the South Slope breweries. It was the perfect size for 3 couples, with enough space for bikes and a couple cars. It was clean, check-in was easy, and we were very happy with how close it was to all the wedding events we attended over a long weekend in the city.

The quality of furnishings was beyond expectations. Beds were comfortable and linens high quality. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware if want to eat in. Location was ideal to breweries and downtown with plenty of parking. We all had a great time on the balcony for a night cap.

We stayed for three nights in mid-July and chose this townhome based on the positive reviews, which lived up to our expectations. With three bedrooms and three baths the home is perfect for three couples or up to 6 people. The top floor was especially great with a bedroom, second sitting area, tv and nice size balcony. Two bedrooms are on the second floor -- the one facing the street does get a bit more noise. The kitchen was well appointed, we enjoyed the artwork, the townhome was clean, cozy and spacious. The hosts provided robes and make-up towels in each bathroom. The garage is large for one vehicle and a second space is reserved in the lot outside. We liked the easy proximity to downtown, art galleries (love Blue Spiral) and many good restaurants including Little Chango (Hispanic craft kitchen), Little Bee Thai, breweries and Antidote.
The check-in and out process was super easy. Highly recommend!

Great property and great management

Overall the condo is clean and comfortable. The elevator was not working at our time of stay, the property owner did tell us a day before we arrived that it was not working and it should be fixed soon but that didn't happen during our stay. Something is wrong with the air conditioner on the top fourth floor bedroom, it was definitely hotter than the other floors and we tried our best to get it cooled down and the ceiling fan was loud and noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The location is a short distance to downtown, we did see people begging outside the condo on the streets so we were a little reluctant to venture out and walk anywhere. Now with that being said, the property owner was very responsive every time we called and the place was super clean and looked almost brand new with high end furnishings and appliances.

After staying out of town around Asheville for a few years, we decided to stay in town this year and were thrilled with our time at this property. Well appointed and decorated, there was enough space for us to be together or separate. But the best part (out of lots of good parts) was the location. We walked to restaurants, breweries, the BEST late night pizza place, and shopping. Michele was responsive but not intrusive. Highly recommend.

Excellant location if you are looking to visit the South Slope breweries. Townhome was beautiful and well taken care of.

Property was just as described. Some traffic noise if using second bedroom. Elevator handy for us seniors. A few options on sleeping pillows would be a plus...those on site are pretty high for small body types. Overall it was a great property for our stay. Thank you.

Lovely property for a girl's getaway. This beautiful townhouse is perfectly appointed, with professional decorating throughout. The owners went above and beyond to anticipate every need of their guests. If a trip to Asheville is in your future, look no further, you have found your perfect home away from home!
