This single-story home is minutes from downtown, campus, and the Big House! The home is tucked away off of the main street, making life in an unfamiliar area easy & convenient. The private space surrounding the home and fenced-in backyard add to its ambiance.

This single-family ranch-style home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a short drive to all things Ann Arbor.

The home was recently updated with a simple and clean design in mind, featuring new vinyl flooring, paint, decorations, and kitchen appliances. The three upstairs bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen, and two twin beds which together can comfortably sleep six guests. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen, a small living space, and an additional full bath. In the upstairs living/dining area, you will find tons of natural light! Enjoy a cup of coffee out from on the porch at the coffee table. All the upstairs bedrooms are easily accessible for those who have problems getting around.

Additionally, guests are welcome to pass through the garage and enjoy the private backyard space featuring a BBQ grill, a firepit with lawn chairs, and a grass area for fun and games!

I had an amazing time staying here with my co-fellow for a conference in the city. It was the perfect location from downtown while also having space for ourselves and my dog. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family of 5 and our little beagle. Location was ideal for access to downtown and to the stadium. You can tell they have put a lot of work into upgrading the home. Jordan was on top of all communication from booking to check in to questions during our stay. Highly recommend & will absolutely stay again.

We had a great time shopping for National Championship Michigan Wolverine’s gear and also golfing at a few local courses. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard along with our dogs. Overall a nice place to stay.

The house was clean and cool (in a heat wave). The kitchen was not as completely outfitted as we usually see in vrbos, but adequate. ( didn't find a corkscrew, bottle opener).

We enjoyed staying at this property to attend my niece's graduation party. It was affordable for our family of 6 with plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom, move around in the kitchen, and sit down together in the various areas of the house and outside. The location is very close to the Big House and downtown so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the kids could play in the front yard or backyard without any worry. The host checked in with us during over visit to make sure we were getting along well. We'd pick this over a hotel room any day of the week!

Wonderful stay! Property was exactly has described, very clean and a convenient location for the UofM dental school graduation. Check in was a breeze.Nicely furnished with great space for our family of 7 adults plus our graduate to gather and celebrate. Will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area. We had a memorial for my father who taught at the U of M. We had family from all over the country attend. Weather was brutal cold but the lodging was spacious, clean and comfortable. We played board games we brought and had a few family meals. Would definitely recommend this place if you need lots of sleeping rooms.

Has everything you need. TONS of beds/bedrooms. Basement is awesome to hang out in. The backyard is cute with a great fire pit. Strict noise curfew enforced.

House was exactly as described. More than enough room for 6. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Location to downtown Ann Arbor was perfect, less than 10 minute drive. Check in and out was beyond easy. Will definitely look here first next time we need a place to stay in AA.

The owner was easy to communicate with and we checked in quickly. He got right back to me when I ask to please turn up the heat. Comfortable beds with plenty of throw blankets. The neighborhood is quiet and good for families.

Great stay. Close enough to everything. We enjoyed exploring downtown Ann Arbor and touring the Michigan campus for a school choice for our teenager. I loved the quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable.

Host was top notch. Very responsive. Goes out of their way to accommodate. House is nice for big gatherings. We had our family Thanksgiving here. Kitchen had just what we needed. Two great areas for watching football. Great location for getting around - but car is needed. Also, thanks to the host for serving up a 2023 Michigan three-peat win over OSU! Go Blue!

The house had so many bedrooms that it was great for a group so that everyone had their own private sleeping space. Beds were comfortable and the coffee maker was very much appreciated! Although we did not have great outdoor weather, the backyard offered a nice large space for everyone to gather. The owner was so terrific with communication - I received immediate answers to all of my dumb questions!

Jordan was a wonderful host with quick and informative communication. The house was the perfect size for our group and gave us plenty of options to comfortably hang out. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. We were short Uber/Lyft rides to the University of Michigan football stadium and golf course we played (Leslie Park), as well as Costco and other essentials. Would highly recommend staying here!

My daughter and I were in town for her orientation at U of M. The house was conveniently located close to campus. We enjoyed the renovations that had been done to the pro. It was very clean and the light in the kitchen that was left on for us was very welcoming. I highly recommend this property!

Overall a nice place to stay but some of the updates were a little sketchy and not baby friendly (holes in wall to access pipes, exposed wiring, door to basement stairs was removed)

Pre Check in - Communication with Jordan was great. He responded promptly. Property - Property is exactly as described. Clean and well cared for. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and other necessities. Spice rack was a nice surprise. We were a group of 6 people and we did not feel cramped ( 5 proper bedrooms with storage space in each. Area: Close to all the places we needed. Couple of grocery stores within 5 minutes drive. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall , I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Jordan.
