Exceeded all expectations. They accommodated all our needs.

All instructions were made clear ahead of time. Parking was simple, access was straightforward and the place was secure.

Very bad experience

Rooms were very very dirty by the time we arrived. Toilets were unflushed and flushes were not working. The host was not very friendly.

Terrible place, they don't care about the guests, l had the worse holiday in my life because of them, someone try to come inside my flat in the middle of the night, I call the agency and they didn't absolutely nothing, l had to call the police. Another say l ask to they change me to another flat because I was scared to stay in that flat l was, so they did send me to the flat 7 but was already customer there, in the end they don't find a place to change me and l had to stay for refund and find another place to stay, absolutely stressful. I report them to booking.com Pls don't book this place, is definitely the worse agency so far

The location and that shops ,/ transport were nearby

The inside of the building The dirty corridor which was the first thing that we saw . The uncomfortable sofa bed that was old and worn. No cutlery / pots and pans, although when asked if there were enough eating and cooking ware for a family of 5, I was told yes. 2 uncomfortable office chairs, which is not what is being displayed as a luxury apartment Stayed for a week, no change of beddings. Saw the cleaner outside with her baby in a buggy, building not cleaned . TV has no normal station, only Netflix and YouTube. Toilet seat broken which was shown to the cleaner before occupying the flat.

Firstly, the wall painting is being carried out in the corridor, which smells very bad. The quilt in one bedroom is full of a sour odor, which smells like foot odor. The mattresses, covers, and pillows in every bedroom are very cheap and uncomfortable. The mattress is very soft, making it difficult for each of us to fall asleep. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Lovely apartment, medium facility issue resolution.

The apartment is very neat and beautifully organised. I loved the interior decoration and automated entrance door, the cctv, the smart TV, the WiFi, and the lovely kitchen.

I didn't like how it took the management over 24 hours to respond to our faulty water heater emergency, and my complaints for the bathtub and cleaning products weren't attended to till I left.
