The location is great for walks along the beach.
We stayed in Apartment 208 And it was fairly rundown inside. The furniture was old there were dents in the wall, the curtains had broken off the track and the outdoor furniture didn’t look safe to sit on

Although on a busy road the Sands is quiet - especially the bedroom. There is a good amount of space in the apartment and it is very well equipped. The restaurant/bar on the ground floor is very good and there is easy access to this area. Car parking is close to the rooms and is very secure. Lovely view at front of sea and mountains.
Not much.

Perfect location, had everything we needed
Could hear the music from bar below and vehicles that left early in morning

Fantastic staff to deal with, very secure for the kids. Kids beds were set up with very cute blankets. Gorgeous views. Very spacious, secure balcony. Huge cooking area in the room, easy access to downstairs food options. Secure carpark so need to stress about belongings. Very quiet inside and quite private.
Did not realize it wasn't endless hot water (whoops, my mistake but no biggie). Had a little trouble with the wifi but again wasn't an inconvenience and know if we talked to staff it would have been sorted (had data so didn't feel the need)

The location across from the beach and right above the best little coffee shop in Nelson (likely NZ) was the drawcard and never lets us down. View from lounge window was stunning if you looked above & beyond the street facilities ie street lights etc.
Lounge was beautifully sunny/warm. Very well equiped apartment.
Bedrooms were odd shape and dark during day. Light from car park at rear of building annoying at night time.

Great kitchen, all equipment one could need is provided. Comfortable bed, good storage. Nice balcony with good view. Good size shower. Great location, close to beach and secure car parking provided.
Bathroom fan turns on automatically when you turn on the bathroom light, it is very noisy and can be heard from the bedroom, which is annoying when going to the bathroom at night as it woke up my partner.
The wall that the head of the bed is against backs onto the car park so it is rather noisy when cars are moving.

good communication and great location
road and bar noise

Great location, just across the road from the beach. Large spacious apartment. Would highly recommend.
Traffic can get a bit loud at peak hour if you’re on the first floor as the main road is right outside. But the bedroom is located at the back so sleeping is not an issue. The location and sea view definitely makes up for it!

Location was good disappointed that we couldn’t get to go to Blenheim or Picton because of the roads being closed but go to go to Kaiteriteri
The carpets were quite dirty

Location was great.
Very noisy road, sea view only if you were on the deck. Bedroom very dark and no window for fresh air (although there was an air conditioner which was good).
