Summary:
Dragon Suites in very excited to welcome you to this newly renovated 2 bedroom house, with beautiful back garden and office space. There is also a wonderful family/TV area, with a downstairs W/C and family bathroom. Perfectly located close to Princes Street, but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. This house is fully equipped with all the essentials you will need to have a wonderful stay!
The Space:
Modern style and comfortable amenities guarantee a hassle-free stay while you explore the Scottish capital. This charming, stylish oasis will be an ideal travel base for anyone who wants to be close to the city.
Essentials, linens, towels, and WiFi are provided.
The property is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine for your convenience.
LIVING SPACE, DINING & KITCHEN:
The gorgeously decorated living space offers a comfy sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, Delonghi coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking basics, and silverware.
Office with desk located upstairs.
BED & BATHROOM:
Both bedrooms have a king-size bed, promising a great night’s sleep.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath.
Sofa bed available in living room area.
Separate W/C on main floor of house.

Guests will have access to the entire house and garden.

The property was great, the location was perfect in west end, but the management company doesn’t do their job.
I struggled to get any responses from them after multiple attempts over months to get check in information and didn’t manage to get any information until a few hours before check in when I had already landed in Edinburgh.
I had to contact VRBO multiple times to get them to contact the management company so I could get a response.
I also sent a message in advance requesting a late check out and then at 10am (the check out time) on the DOT, they were banging on the door for us to be out.
Normally there is a little grace period when you are leaving and I couldn’t believe they were banging on the door right at 10am to kick us out after especially after I had requested a late check out.
Of course the company again said they “didn’t receive it my message”. At that point we just left and I didn’t even answer them.
In conclusion, great location, good house, terrible communication and management company running it.
Wouldn’t return based on that factor.

Great spot for an overnight in or out of the city- right off the Tram! Busy central location. Cute apartment, all the mod cons, very pretty and relaxing garden. Peerless communications. Easy check in!!!

This is a beautiful property. It was difficult to locate the rental with all the construction going on around the street. There were a couple of men loitering right outside the unit for several hours, which was a bit worrisome, but they never approached us. Thanks for letting us stay.

We loved the ease of walking to princess gardens, the castle and old town as well as new town. Lovely quiet space with garden area . Easy to get to tram. Well equipped, modern, comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Ideal place with space and quality. Garden was an extra suprise which was great to use for those lazy moments with wine.
