***Please make sure to not be in the pool after 9 p.m. as a courtesy to the neighbours***
****There is currently a Plover birds potentially nesting in the front yard they are protective species so we unfortunately aren’t able to move them but if you are intending to walk around the property to possibly take and umbrella incase they swoop.****
Guests will have complete access to the entire property.
Please be aware that the area has a lot of different plants and animals some of which can be dangerous. One such plant is the toxic angel's trumpet vine, which is even poisonous to touch.
NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- As a rule we only take families.
- We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- "Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation"
